Cheap and flimsy pull up banners

Good for the price
Great quality, easy to order online, and wonderful service from Easy Signs and Border Express as the logistics provider.
The product looks fantastic. I accidentally retracted the banner too quickly which caused the top frame to detach from the banner. I contacted Easysigns about it and they responded quickly with a solution to fix it. They were very helpful, from uploading my artwork to resolving my issue, which is common and was fixed. Highly recommend.

I am so glad that you alerted us to the issue you had with the top rail of the Pull Up Banner. You are correct, when the banner is retracted too quickly back into the base the top rail can become loose. Luckily, this is an easy fix and I am so glad that we were able to rectify this with the video link we sent you with instructions on how to attach the top rail.

Great service
I would not use this company again - they delayed my order due to poor internal communication. We were unable to use the banners. The delivery person lied and said they were delivered when they were not. They turned up hours later.

I do sincerely apologise for the miscommunication on our end, this is never our intention, causing inconvenience on your end.
As discussed, there was a mix up with receiving the artwork and updating your order. In addition, the third party courier not delivering the order accurately as per the mentioned time on their POD. Rest assured, we do take all feedback seriously and will pass this along to our account manager at Border Express, as well as pass feedback along to our team, for future improvements.
