I bought this esim for a recent trip to the States. I loaded it before I went and switched to at as soon as we landed. Weirdly it took a couple of days to activate, so I had to use WiFi to get online, but once it started working I had full coverage everywhere for the rest of the trip, so overall I would definitely recommend it but be aware it may take a while to kick in.

Big shout out to Jim in customer support for instantly fixing an error I had made. No fuss, just prompt action. Great pricing is useless without good support, so am v pleased.

10/10 used it in the US and in Tunisia. No issues.
Competitively priced with better options than other providers.

I have just used easySim for a 30 day trip to Canada and it was brilliant. I chose easySim due to both the cost, and the coverage in Canada (most eSims only linked to one network, therefore had limited coverage in the vast region we travelled). I have never used an eSim before so emailed support for help before I made a purchase. Richard replied within the hour and gave great advice which was clear and easy to follow. Richard continued to support me through the (very simple) set up. The customer service was fantastic, and I will certainly be using easySim again.

I had a great experience with Jim he went above and beyond to help me with my trip to Thailand solved my problem which will helps us have a great holiday.

Had issues with my eSim in Morocco due to slow speeds. Raised this with easySim and was put through to Jim via WhatsApp! Hands down the best customer service I have ever received - kept me regularly updated, compensated me for the issues and delays and resolved the issue by switching me to a different sim provider! Would highly recommend to anyone needing an eSim abroad!

It was easy to download and use. It gives you a discount for the next user.

Paid £50 for a voucher for an impending trip to France and took my money and voucher doesn't work . Tried to contact via mail or phone - no response initially but contacted me via emails and phone calls and persisted until it was resolved same day stayed in contact until 20:00 to make sure it was working .Brilliant to see this level of commitment..

Wide choice of countries whenever and wherever you are travelling and so easy to set up. Quick and easy process to purchase and the SIM is good to go for when you travel, a simple case of switching on your phone's settings when you arrive at your destination. Always had a great signal when I have been away as well. Would recommend it to anyone!

I bought an easy sim for my weekend visit to Mallorca. Super simple to select and purchase the sim, and as long as you follow all of their instructions, the sim works a treat! I was able to step off the plane and connect instantly with no issues. Will definitely be using them again, and would recommend to everyone.

This is the third or fourth time I have bought eSims from EasySim. Each time they have worked easily and perfectly. My latest purchase was for Japan. I was running out of data after 11 days and purchased another GB. However, I didn't need to use it. I contacted EasySim on my return and they promptly refunded me. Great service and I will be using them again.

Purchased this for a trip to Japan. Very easy to install and it worked perfectly. Good coverage on the DOCOMO network. This was a much better experience than I had using an esim from a different company on a previous trip. Thoroughly recommend.

Two stars because I’ve had a bad experience with my second purchase. Got next to no signal for a two week trip to the carribean despite the it being included as compatible. Had a layover in another country which was also stated as included but no signal there either.

Low stars based on the complete lack of support on the website. No refund options, so you are taking a risk, if it doesn’t work and you don’t use the plan, there is no way to get a refund. Which is really bad if the product isn’t fit for use.

Only reason I didn’t give lower was because I previously bought one for use in Dubai and India and that worked fine.

I am travelling in USA and then into Canada and bought separate data bundles for each location but unfortunately when installing the esim, this activated the wrong data bundle - there is no clear way to resolve this on their website or app (perhaps some self-admin development needed)
Anyways, after an unhelpful search through faq's and then chat with a robot, I got an email off a very helpful guy called Jim. 30 mins later and Jim has sorted this all out. It's good to correspond with someone with empathy and alls well that ends well as they say.
