Their random drivers will take your luggage and this company will pretend nothing happend. Avoid at all costs!

Allereerst onze oprechte excuses voor uw eerdere ervaring. Wij begrijpen hoe vervelend het moet zijn geweest en nemen uw reactie dan ook serieus.

Sinds deze maand is ons bedrijf door een grondige reorganisatie gegaan. We hebben een compleet nieuw planningssysteem ingevoerd, werken nu met getrainde chauffeurs en hebben een 24/7 klantenservice opgezet die klaarstaat om u direct te helpen.

De fouten uit het verleden – waaronder ook die uit uw ervaring – zijn zorgvuldig geanalyseerd en meegenomen als concrete verbeterpunten. We zijn vastberaden om onze service naar het hoogste niveau te tillen.

We zouden het fijn vinden als u ons in de toekomst nog een kans geeft om te laten zien hoeveel we zijn verbeterd.

Reliable and on time, top quality

Highly recommend! Very easy to schedule a ride via their webpage. Price is very affordable. Pick up is always on time with kind and responsive drivers. They provide highly reliable service and clean vehicle. It always feels safe driving with them.

Used this service for the first time - Rotterdam to Schipol, and could not fault it - right on time and very helpful driver.

A horrible experience

The taxi came 30 min late than the requested time. Also, the wrong type of vehicle was provided (I ordered a minibus but a van came). In the end we had to fit in 4 passengers (excluding the driver), 4 large suitcases and 4 small suitcases in the car. This did not meet safety requirements but the driver insisted that it was OK. We had no other choice. A horrible experience!!

Drivers very polite

The drivers were friendly, easy to talk to, on time ,and had a good knowledge of their surroundings and way to airport. Would recommend them any time, as I will be using them constantly in future. Regards

the taxi driver didn't stop to chat on…

the taxi driver didn't stop to chat on the phone I felt not safe at all. This is the first time is happening most of the time I have great taxi driver but not the last time. Let me think I to go again with this company. Is not responsible. I had to ask him couple of times to stop I didn't like to be so stressed

Easytaxischiphol: not recommended, bad service

We had a very bad experience with easytaxischiphol, ordering taxi from Rotterdam to Schiphol. The taxi came 15min late, and it was a wrong type of taxi (we ordered a bus but get a station wagen). As the result, all large suitcases needed to be piled up and covered the rear window (not safe!). On top of that, the driver decided not to put on the seat belt through the whole journey.
