After my mother passed away we couldn’t find the charging adapter for the Easy2Bathe battery. To say I was shocked at the price for a replacement is an understatement! It’s no different in size to your average plug in charger - it cost us £118 with postage!!!!
I think that’s extortionate, especially as these devices are predominantly used by disabled and elderly people. And to add insult to injury DPD delivered it to the wrong house in the wrong street!

Martins and Stewart were prompt on arrival. Treated me with respect. Did an efficient job and took time to explain everything to me. Proper job!

Dean and Mark were very helpful . They gave me good advise . And went through the after care . They have given me confidence to use the Easy2bathe .

Gary Metcalfe arrived on time and no did a very efficient demonstration. Very pleasant experience

Just had my bath lift fitted by Rich and Phil. They were very polite and hard working and left the work area very clean and tidy. They were also very helpful explaining how it works, and made it very easy to understand.
I would fully recommend this company just going on the workforce alone, but the product is excellent, and was delivered and installed within 3 days from ordering it.
