Everything was great
Everything was great, except one little mess-up with the pickup shuttle - I was having issues finding the guy that supposed to wait for us with a board with my name on it. That was actually my fault, as I put the wrong flight number, so he was expecting me at different time and had other person name on that board. Anyway, when you take your baggage, go for the second street exit, and not the first one you see (first one will be for HERTZ, ALAMO, tour busses etc., and EasyWay can't park there).If you still have troubles finding the guy try asking EasyWay in Whatsapp for his contact. Also, I am not sure if you suppose to tell them in advance to meet, but do it just in case, the transportation is still free. As for the car - it was nice, no issues whatsoever (the cheapest one I had was with manual transmission, so make sure you book the right one for you). Also I had some concerns about the police, but we drove about 1000 km in Cancun, Tulum, Playa and between at day and night time without ever being pulled over, so donno, maybe I was just lucky or they do not really bother if you are not speeding or driving the wrong way.
