great product
great product, but prices are to high. Can get a lot of the same stuff on Amazon for less money. And it does not take a month or so to get it to us. But the gift boxes is a great idea, as you never know what you might get. But if I were you I would put instructions in all of the other projects you send out so people whom have bad internet can still do them without having to try and look them up.

Easy Whim are the only company I use…
Easy Whim are the only company I use for diamond painting, it's not that I have problems with other companies it's just that once your happy with the work they provide for you why go anywhere else. Call me a creature of habit but I love their work and service and I di alot of custom works and if my clients are happy so am I.

I love the monthly boxes I receive every month, they always make sure I have something to work on.
I've only once gotten a picture that had a less than perfect working grid.
When I received a duplicate picture they were more than willing to get me another.
I would be very comfortable recommending Easywhim to others simply because they go the full mile to make our experiences good.

Easywhim saga.
Ordered in June 2021. Contacted Easywhim in September about my order. They promised a to ship it again. Now October 2021, I'm still waiting for the item. Their tracking tool is useless and doesn't work. First and last time I order from Easywhim.
UPDATE: September 2021. They replied to my review, that they would contact me. Haven't seen any communication yet. The only emails I get is to write reviews for Trustpilot.
UPDATE2: November 2021. Finally received the order all crumpled up. Address label unreadable. No wonder it took 6 months to get there.
UPDATE3: January 2022. Easywhim is finally offering a replacement.
