Found the wine on easy wine.
The wine I ordered was great.
I asked a question about the wine before I purchased and got a prompt reply.
I have placed 2 orders both arrived quickly via dpd. 10 out of 10

The wine is great and the ordering process works.
A little bemused with having to show my age identification to the delivery driver. Not sure what would have happened if I was out and wanted the delivery left in the garage.

Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery day was quoted followed by an email with an expected delivery time. Packaging was excellent, delivery was dead on time. Everything very good.

Super quick delivery, really brilliant packaging to protect the bottles. It was plastic type bottle holders. Will be ordering again.

Unfortunately, they couldn't fulfil my order as they were out of stock of some of the items that make up a set. I couldn't fault them, they offered a alternative and then a total refund which was refunded Into my bank within 24 hours

Paid £8.99 for delivery, on a £75 order. Received nothing and it’s been a week now. No response to emails. Avoid!

If ordering Bottega Prosecco (6 gold or 6 mixed ) gift packs £32.99 please be very careful. The gold pack is the only one that comes with the lovely gift box. The mixed set comes in a dreadful cheap plastic box but the price is the same and the ad on the website is identical showing the gold gift box. Ms.Mullen agreed with me that this was very misleading in fact I would call a trades description act.
My order was for my daughter’s birthday, so I had to go out and buy some nice packaging to make up for the cheap plastic box . Also, they do not inform you when your package has been dispatched and you have to ask for a tracking number . I have since received an email from her saying she has passed on my comments so watch this space but be very careful. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone stick with good old Amazon they rarely let you down!!

Ordered some wine from a restaurant which I couldn’t find anywhere else as a birthday gift. It’s now two weeks later, said birthday is well in the past, and I still haven’t received a parcel or any updates.

Avoid if I were you, as it looks like I’m not the only one with this issue.

I placed an order with Easy Wine Shop and received it within 4 days.

I was tracking the order via Shop and became a little weary as the status did not update.

After reading the reviews online I became a little panicked as they were not good. The reviews said that people did not receive their order and that there was little to no replies from the company and you could not get through on the phone.
I rang and got through straight away and was told that the order was despatched and would arrive today and it did.
Personally I had a great experience with Easy Wine Shop.

Ordered 4 bottles, received 3. Have been chasing the 4th/a refund for the 4th for nearly two months. Have sent ten emails and tried calling, only received two holding emails in response.
It seems clear they don’t intend on fulfilling my order or refunding the missing item.

Placed order on 28th May, most of it arrived on 30th May but hand written on the delivery note was a correction that some was on back order

Zero communication form easywineshop since then despite multiple e-mails, calls and their online chat

Their website shows the order as fulfilled when it has not been

The complete lack of a response is what I am upset about. Back order is fairly normal, but to not deliver the back order, or communicate, or respond has disgusted me

I'm now reporting it as a fraudulent transaction to my bank

Very thankful I kept hold of their delivery note and idn't just trust them

I will never, ever order from them again

It had been almost three months and I have never received my wine or my refund. Contacted the email they have on their website multiple times and have never received a response. I have alo tried their phone number, twitter and text message service - none are active. Do NOT purchase from this site you will never get your money back. My bank are looking into it and because they've also not gotten a response from the company I have to wait 6 months before getting my money back. I paid for 48 hour shipping and never even got an email saying my parcel has been despatched.

Delivery excellent Wine Descriptions hopeful. Out of 4. One Ok 3 took me back to the days of a long way from even being a Blue Nun.
