Great products, healthy ingredients
I bought the mixed box after seeing Sophie Morris post on Instagram about fiid and the natural ingredients in their products. They taste delicious too. So handy to keep in the press for a quick healthy meal when pushed for time. Customer service was great too. I'll be purchasing regularly.

Prompt delivery, tasty food
Prompt delivery which I appreciated as I was finding it difficult to find them in Supervalu recently. The food is tasty and very convenient for lunchtimes in the office.

I ordered Variety Pack on the 14th of Feb and still haven’t received it. I emailed for an update on 27th Feb, got no reply. Emailed again on the 3rd of March, was told they checked with the logistics team regarding the status of my order, and they would update me as soon as they have more information. Still no update! Then I get an email to review… 🤔

Hi Celine, tough reading this one as we obviously missed the mark but
one star review feels harsh. As you can see from our reviews, a top quality service is our absolute priority and we always endeavour to make things right however we never received any communication for you before this.
For some context, you placed an order after the shipping cut off time on a Friday (03/01) so your order could not be processed until Monday. There was a slight backlog on our side given we were closed for Christmas so your order was not shipped until the Wednesday (+3 business days post order)
Once it leaves us, it is out of our control unfortunately. The parcel was sorted by the courier on the following Friday which meant that delivery couldn't be made until the following Monday (13/01).
The first delivery attempt failed as the door wasn't answered but the second delivery attempt (Tuesday) was successful.
While the delivery did take a while, our delivery attempt was made 6 business days after the order was made when we promise delivery within 5 business days. I'll hold my hands up and say we failed by a single day but I really don't think it warrants a one star review, particularly when you consider how important reviews are to a small business.
Appreciate your support and hope you'll reconsider this rating.

Order went walkabout.
Ordered on 10th Dec. DPD ment to deliver on 13th. They didn't arrive but delivered to a pickup in another town!!
As I don't drive I got in touch with DPD. Who apologised for not arriving but said I would need to contact ORCHARD DISTRIBUTION LTD
Contacted FD TEAM Who said the would contact logistics team and have it delivered to my home and keep me updated. Didn't happen.
Contacted ORCHARD DISTRIBUTION LTD left my details. No reply.
Have since sent another email to FD TEAM asking for a full refund as this is not acceptable.
Again no reply. Confused or what.!!!
