ADDICTED LOVE THAT I CAN PILE THE CHEESE ON WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT MACROS 10/10 !!!

*** Update - now arrived. I did have to chase this up but there had been an issue with delivery of part of my order to their stocks. Better communication would have helped. They did respond and follow up for me and even gave me a discount code to use next time as a gesture of goodwill.

I do like these products but delivery is very hit and miss.
When I ordered 2 days ago it said 1-2 days express delivery.
The ordered hasn't even been dispatched yet.
Reached out via email earlier on and nothing. Rather disappointing.

Just recently got my subscription and have realused how much more healthy I feel eating a high-protein low fat cheese. I ordered the snack bars as well which are amazing and convenient. Got none left noe so am going to increase my order as the life on the cheese is great too

I have ordered a few times from Eatlean and love their products. They keep adding new products which are all excellent. I can't get enough of their new chilli cheese.
The prices may seem a little higher compared to standard supermarket prices, but given the low fat to high protein ratio, if you are trying to stick to a healthier diet while still enjoying cheese, it's well worth it.
If I ever have an issue (delivery, or short dated items etc) the customer services team are excellent and have you sorted out really quickly.

Arrived not chilled at all, and for being a bulky order the dates where the start of Feb 2026. This is after waiting about 2 months on my initial order!!! This new one took almost another 2 weeks!

Very frustrating and disappointing.

Overall cheese tastes great (normal & mature are the best, chilli is decent, smoked is crap). The cream cheese is good too. I love cheese but won't eat it normally due to fat and calories, eatlean has allowed me to put cheese back into my daily diet and I love it.

Only issue (aside from the smoked cheese haha) is the packing. There's not enough ice packs in there and the cheese doesn't arrive sufficiently cold. It's turned up room temp a few times.

All good. Received on time and fresh as expected.

Nice product.sadly half my order was missing.ordered two x 7 packs meaning 14 bars but only seven came.good product let down by mistakes and communication.the patronising message you get back saying your message is important to us is sadly buxxxhit.try harder.

After major surgery I was told I needed more protein less fats. I love cheese in moderation but could not find a brand I liked. My husband bought me a pack of this from the shop and it was perfect. So I placed one order before these 2 and found I really liked the cheese so wanted to try other things in the range. . The extra mature has a nice strong flavour and the original is more mild. I bought the spread and snack bars as well even the kids like the snack bars. Oh and the bites packs are so good means I can have a snack without the guilt and that has 3 flavours available too. Needless to say I took advantage of the deals over the last few days and stocked up as they have a good BBE date on the product.

Delivery not made and had to request re order- which took an exceptional long time.l and in fact still have not received

Nice product, poor service. Yet again my order is wrong, 3 quarters missing and have items I didn’t order. Can they get anything right?

Great product and helpful customer service

Came a day and a half after i placed order, Been buying this cheese for a long time and have never had a bad service, customer service respond quickly, ordered another 16 blocks, fantastic for making my own pizzas and topping for a variety of dishes without feely guilty, low fat and high protein and at a reasonable price,Initially i were peeved they stopped selling the blocks in supermarkets but it actually works out cheaper for me to buy in bulk as it has 3-4 months date on it but it doesn't last that long before i need to order more.

A great product for those trying to avoid saturated fats, delivery always quick and brilliant packaging. Staff always helpful. Many thanks!

Love the healthy eatlean cheese, I place many orders with this company, I normally order 15 blocks of eatlean cheese at the time , they come well sealed and keeps in fridge fresh for long time , I have tried all the other options of cheese and they are all nice, the delivery is quite quick, and if I ad to get in touch with customer service they reply with a quick response, overall I'm happy customer, keeps my cholesterol low

I purchased directly from their website. Two of their cheese blocks arrived covered in mould. How disgusting. I Sent an email to their customer service with all the required information, photos, batch number etc and have not heard back in nearly a month. Mouldy cheese is bad but not acting to resolve the issue is just poor customer service. I note they do not allow reviews for their products on their website, and after reading forums and seeing how often this occurs, I understand why. I am thinking of giving the cathedral high protein cheese a try instead.

Great product and I’ve been ordering for years and never once had any issues with delivery or product.

Communication should definitely be improved. It shouldn't be the customer chasing his parcel but the other way around. Customer should be kept updated about the status of his order and the expected delivery date. Being left with no feedback whatsoever after having paid for an order, drive the customer to frustration, easily assuming to have fallen into a scam.
After 5 days from my order, since the Royal Mail tracking number assigned to it was still showing "not received yet into our system", i asked infos with a message to the customer service mail address. Customer Service phone number was never answered, always waiting music.
Within 24 hours i received a reply explaining the reason of the delay (some items not in stock) and an expected delivery date. A few days later, the same member of the staff, updated me with an additional mail, to make me aware of a further delay and a final delivery date.
I've got my delivery as for their final communication 11 days after the order.
Products were as expected, long BB date, in good shape. Plenty of packaging.
If placing a variegated order, be expected to wait for delivery.
