The product is brilliant. Used to fry different things successfully and the surface feels tough even when I accidentally scraped a metal fork into it as I was serving. The finish looks like it will la... See more

Prompt delivery, good communication. At the end of the day EXCELLENT product.
My defective item was replaced under its lifetime guarantee.
We purchased a steamer which developed a fault. It was replaced without issue.

I bought a griddle pound made by this manufacturer four years ago. It was bought alongside a range of pans that I bought from one of their competitors as I had just replaced my cooker and I wanted pans that were fully compliant with an induction hob.
They have all been used and cared for in the same manner that the griddle pan made by Eaziglide, the quality is absolutely diabolical of the Eaziglide pan. It’s bowed at the base. It has been used incomplete compliance with the manufacturers guidelines and the John Lewis website. When something is advertised with a lifetime guarantee, I expect the manufacturer to honour that. Not try to make out that I have misused the pan by introducing it to to higher heat. This pan is meant to be oven proof to 260°. The customer service from them is not professional and they have not responded to my last two emails. Don’t touch with a barge pole, either buy something much cheaper, which will probably last as long as this pounded. I’ll do what I have done and replace it with something a lot more substantial.
These pans and tins are the best. Great performance and they last well
Thank you for the replacement saucepan. Only time will tell if the outer coating lasts. You did resolve the issue I had with my pan and were very caring.
We ordered the wrong size lid and sent it back as per your “Returns” protocol.
Not heard a peep since or received a refund. Poor!
Great customer service and was dealt with very efficiently, although one pot was replaced I have noticed slight deterioration in the other two, mentioned in email but still awaiting reply
Quality product well delivered I would recommend them.
Very helpful with resolving my issue. Also, great customer service overall. I just sent in the photos of the damaged pot along with the receipt and it was immediately replaced.
The team were very professional and helpful. Thank you so much.
Placed a large order with the Eaziglide Website. Saucepan, baking trays, roasting tin, grill pan etc. The company obviously isn't used to it. They split the order across two boxes. However only the smaller box had directions on the out side if it saying which way was up. As a result the larger box arrived dented. The dent matched perfectly where the casserole pan was located. This shouldn't have been a problem but the casserole pan is packed with the handle of the lid protuding with just 3 plastic rim protectors before a piece of flimsy carboard secures it to the pan. Eaziglide need to rethink how this pan is packaged and the exterior printing on there larger boxes.

The inside of the pans perfect - the outside was 'loosing the coating'. I was delighted with the manner in which my 'faulty' pans complaint was handled. Prompt efficient and the pans replaced this service deserved 5 stars. However I remain confused and concerned. Are the pans dishwasher safe? The box says they are - twice there is a photograph of them in a dishwasher - yet Eaziglide recommends hand washing which I now do. For the mixed messages 3 stars.

I had a frying pan which distorted after use. It was replaced but as a gesture of good will. I was told that the frying pan showed signs that it had been used at a high temperature which was not recommended. Had I known this before my purchase I would not have chosen a frying pan that could not be used for frying. It is odd that my wok of the same make is perfect after years of stir frying at high temperature.
I was also told that this was true of any non stick pan. I would dispute that as I have a cheap supermarket frying pan which is still perfect after years of hot temperature usage.
Keep your RECEIPT you WILL NEED IT for the
"lifetime guarantee".
The frying pans external surfaces and edges decay into little sharp pieces after a few years use.
Imperial/eaziglide didn't want to know because I hadn't kept a paper receipt from their exclusive vendor John Lewis.
The non-stick surface itself was ok, but the replacement for this is now seen to be far superior to be honest, so it's still disappointing to see.

Amazing customer service, very helpful and informative.
Absolutely no hesitation in standing by the lifetime guarantee, if only all companies traded with such integrity
Bravo 👏
