Great tool for invoice processing

We’ve been using EazyCapture for a while now and it’s become a really useful part of our workflow. It extracts key details from invoices and receipts automatically, which saves a lot of time on manual data entry.

It also learns categorisation patterns over time, recognises handwritten notes, and flags anything that doesn’t look right. The integrations with Xero and QuickBooks make it easy to send everything straight into our accounting system.

Simple to use, accurate, and a real time saver.

A new receipt processing package worth looking at

I have had the opportunity to test this new product on the market to see whether it is as good as the competition. My first impressions of the product on offer is very pleased. The ability to scan multiple documents from one pdf and extract the individual payments is superb. I found the software handled some very scruffy receipts and correctly identified the payment. My only negative comment was the inability to select a business as NON VAT registered, having to remember each time to correct VAT was slowing down the process.

And your point on VAT vs Non-VAT is absolutely spot on. In fact, great timing, by April, you’ll be able to set a business as VAT or Non-VAT by default.

A very logicial easy to use software …

A very logicial easy to use software where it really does help in speeding up the purchase processing function. Good visibility of documents and good pre-populated fields which you can run your eyes over quickly to ascertain all is ok, and amend quickly if required. Seamless integration with Quickbooks. We as a business are looking forward to their Sage Accounting integration as we are definitely going to look to end our current supplier contract and move across to Eazy Capture for our Sage Recognition software for purchases etc. As soon as the product becomes available!
