TERRIBLE CAR HIRE PARTNERS

Purchased Car Hire through Easyjet, opted for Hire company named OK Mobility. Terrible experience. Flight delayed, arrived around midnight, no transport waiting to take us to car, nobody answers phone or tracks landing time. Clients who do not collect car within 3 hours of scheduled collection time find the contract has been cancelled with no refund and they offer another car at highly inflated price thinking you are desperate to get underway. We are trying to reclaim on credit card.
