⚠️ Warning: Avoid Easysearch International Limited ⚠️

⚠️ Warning: Avoid Easysearch International Limited ⚠️

I am raising awareness about Easysearch International Limited, a company that is attempting to demand £360.15 for a membership I never subscribed to. They have gone as far as threatening legal action through a solicitor in an attempt to intimidate me.

Based on my experience, their practices appear deceptive and aggressive, and I strongly advise others not to engage with this company under any circumstances. Protect yourself and do not fall victim to their coercive tactics.

Awful company, do not trust

Awful company, I tried to cancel my subscription and I was talked out of it by 2 different members of staff due to the possibly benefits of staying subscribed. They say you will get a refund if you earn nothing over the month, but bear it mind each month you will probably win around .50p which means you will never actually get a refund. You sign up to a 3 month rolling contact, and have to provide 30 days cancelation notice. I was told someone would contact me before the next 3 month play period would renew so that I could cancel accordingly but this never happened and therefore they took 2 months of payments without me wanting to remain with this stupid company. I trued to call and use the online chat but was completely ignored. I emailed saying I didnt want to be part of it, and withdrew my consent for further payments to be taken and that I wanted a refund for the additional months subscription but this was met with ‘you shiuld have emailed us earlier’ - even though I was told someone would cpntact me to remind me before the next roubd of payments were made. Everyone just tried to talk you round and they know they’re exploiting people who are very unlikely to win anything.
Do not trust them. Do not give them your money.

I spoke with a female staff who reassured me that I will get all my money back if there was no winning in 3 months time, however, about two months later, I called Easy Solutions and I spoke with a male staff named Joe-Fran, who sounded positive and nice, communicated valid via email and he said that after 6 months with no winning, I will get my money back. I have been six months and I have not received a penny. I have emailed four times now but no response! I still want my money back as promised. Once I receive it, I shall testify here.

Atempting to be debt relivers

I was left a voicemail from a “easy solutions approval department” so of corse i looked it up amd saw all these reveiws, i called the number back and the lady on the line offered to help me with any Unresolved debt, the first thing i said was ‘i looked this company up on the internet and all i saw was its a scam’ and then my line went dead. about 30 seconds after she hung up i got a text about an amazon package (obvious scam and probably not related but very coincidental) they know its a scam don't get wrapped up in it.

This company is A BIG SCAM

This company is A BIG SCAM. They rang me in December 2023 and advised that my numbers had gone into lottery syndicate. The advisor asked me for my bank details. When I asked why he wanted my bank details, I was advised that if I win then eazy solutions will transfer the money to my account. However, after hesitating I gave my bank details. Then in January 2024, I recieved an alert from my account. A payment of £39 had gone out in direct debit to eazy solutions. I immediately cancelled the direct debit and contacted the company to request they listen to the call and refund the payment. The manager advised it would take 5 weeks to do this. Weeks later I waited and heard nothing back so contacted the company again. I was advised that the manager wasn't available and that I would have to call back. So I raised a complaint and dispute with my bank. The Halifax BS made a refund of £39 on 14 March 2024. On 15 March the £39 was deducted from my account. When I contacted my bank to query this, they advised that eazy solutions provided evidence and made the decision to pay them £39. The halifax advised they are upholding my complaint. My own bank didn't believe me. Now I am raising this with the ombudsman. I will also close my accounts with the Halifax. Eazysolutions are fraudsters.....BE AWARE!!!

Frauds

They scam your money just with your account number. They called me saying I won a lottery. Took my account number. I realised it was a scam but no money was debited initially. But after 2 months when I check my bank statement there are 2 unauthorised debits. They've been taking money from my account every month. I'm still surprised how can a direct debit be setup without my authorisation.
