Awful listing of youtube channels to sell
My review concerns the marketplace of youtube channels. The listing is awful. It's impossible to sort the sites by any decent criteria. Half of the sites listed are "out of stock"; so what is the purpose of listing them?!! Moreover, the servers seems very distant and any page takes many minutes to load. Pure waste of time.

The customer service is disrespectful
The customer service is disrespectful. I asked a question and had to send another message to get a reply and when I asked about functionalities that weren't working I just got ignored. When you're selling something you can't treat your customers like rubbish. I don't know how you're supposed to purchase anything if you can't get help on what you're trying to buy.

The problem with your order is from yourself. You made an order and seller did delivered account for you.
However, you didn't make change to all required security steps.
After that, you confirmed to us that you done and transaction has been completed. After received your confirm, we mark order as completed and send payout to seller.
We never send payout to seller if the transaction is not complete or if you did not received account yet.
Because you didn't change all security steps required, you lost the account after you confirm transaction has been done.
We're not scam and did not take any responsibility with your account after transaction has been completed.

For every account purchase on EazyViral, we strictly follow our established procedures to ensure maximum protection for buyers.
We hold the buyer's payment and only complete the transaction and release the funds to the seller once the seller confirms that the password and all other information have been successfully changed.
The buyer is given the opportunity to thoroughly inspect the account before changing the password. If the buyer finds that the account does not match the seller's description, they have the right to cancel the transaction and receive a full refund, provided they have not used or altered any account information.
In your case, you confirmed receipt of the account, changed the password, and began using the account. After your confirmation, we marked the transaction as successful and released the payment to the seller.
Any complaints or refund requests after this point are not valid.
We did not scam you. It is your responsibility to inspect the account and understand the transaction rules.
