Same as what everyone else is saying... ordered online showing in stock took money, then few days later saying out of stock, would be a further 7 - 10 working days plus delivery of 5 days. Chased after 10 days to be told there was no stock in the Uk and it would be a further 5 weeks. Plus delivery that would nearly be 7 weeks from ordering. Rang a local supplier he had them in stock and I picked them up. Do not use this company

I wish I'd seen the reviews here sooner. I ordered a few months ago and didn't receive my goods. The items were shown on the site as in stock but shortly afterwards I received an email saying they were out and there'd be a delay. After following up when it still was delivered I was told of more delays. Eventually I asked for a refund and now around 10 days later I've still not received my money. If not refunded within 14 days I will have to raise with credit card companies and trading standards under distance selling regulations and fraudulent sales.

Ordered item on 12/5/20 now 21/5/20 and item has not been dispatched rang and was told it isn’t in stock and may be getting a delivery in on 22/5/20 but could not confirm this or when the item will be dispatched, wish they would advertise it as out of stock as I wouldn’t have touched them with a barge pole , agree with other reviews AVOID !!

Avoid like the plague. (Also trades as bathroomspareparts.co.uk) Would leave no stars if system let me. Very, very disingenuous and inept. Even though instructed to stop my order due to nil stock and long delay to supply, took my money regardless. When challenged stated (lied) would get order to me overnight. Failed to do this and when challenged again cancelled my order out of spite rather than explain their actions. Refused three written requests for details of whom to make a complaint to. I'm having to refer matter to trading standards.

Don't buy from this dishonest seller. I returned an unsuitable item in line with their returns policy and under the terms they laid out, yet they ignored my emails and left me out of pocket. Clearly flouting Consumer Rights.

Not a great experience with Ebaths if you live overseas and trying to get a faulty product replaced under warranty. This has been ongoing since February 2019 and they just ignore my emails.

Took 17 days for them to deliver something I ordered using a 2-3 day service only to receive partial order, took another 2 weeks for the remaining bits. Keep away if you value your time and money.
