I have recently bought a backpack and needed some advice to make a wise choice. I spoke to a customer service provider and found her to be both knowlegeable about a range of the company's products as well as very helpful in helping me make a decision. She even went to the trouble of measuring different backpacks to help me make a choice. Excellent customer service.
