I called the company directly when I couldn’t locate anyone with the heated Sherpa mattress pad in stock. I was just asking if they were going to resume manufacturing the product only to be told they could ship one out!! It is lofty, cuddly & the 5 levels of heat are perfect!

strict rules about returns; I just ordered the wrong size and did not need to open the box-no problem to me, but a mess to send back if I did open it up-could not even peek to see quality. Plus had to pay 31.00 to send back on top of what I paid and that is just to send back WOW not worth the hassle.

Searched all over for this comforter set, could only find king size but needed queen. So happy I stumbled on this website. Have received the Beautyrest Vail 10 piece bed in bag and will put on bed after finished repainting guest room. The colors are just what I wanted and will match with our sea foam paint color perfectly. Shipping was quick and item received in timely manner.

I received something totally different than what I ordered. It has been a while since I ordered this and they truly made up for the mistake. I got my comforter that I ordered today and it was free. I am extremely happy now. This is truly the nicest comforter I have ever owned, and I’ve owned several. I wanted it so bad because my daughter has it.

Fast shipping, quality bedding and packaging

Labeled has a bedspread but fits like a comforter. Does not even come near to fitting the correctly.

I was happy with the product but, it did not fit the depth of our mattress. As far as a return, I was extremely happy. They took care of everything and as soon as I returned it, I received a credit. Very happy with the process.

I found returns to be frustrating. It wasn't easy for me to figure out the process. I had to write to costumer support. I also had to pay a lot of money to ship back the return. I wouldn't buy a product again for those reasons. On a positive, costumer service was timely and clear in answering my questions.

Bedding is great quality and very soft. My daughter loves the colors. I took a star off because the original shipping time frame posted on the website before I placed the order ended up being listed as the processing time frame once I ordered and received the confirmation email. Though it was behind, I still received the package in a reasonable time frame. Wording just needs to be more clear on the website but would definitely order from them again.

Ordered a king set, got a full. After sending pics of the wrong size they did send shipping label and refund quickly. Would deal with again
