I ordered an e-bike charger on Sunday the 29th of March and I specifically selected next day delivery which cost me an extra 5 pound and I was happy to pay it is currently Monday the 6th of April and my order has still not arrived

Do not use this website its a scam!! I never received my charger i emailed them never got a reply

Terrible I've been trying to liase with this company since purchasing the bike obviously the bike is faulty why sold so cheap I am now taking them to trading standards as my son had a accident from failed brakes within one month of purchasing and I have been been trying to contact them from the time of purchase as this was an issue and they haven't contacted me back just ignored even ignored trading standards letter my next action is taking them to court do not buy from them they sell faulty goods and you lose your money

Purchased an electric scooter not last xmas, Xmas before. Red bolt had snapped within 2 months of owning. Took until august last year to eventually get in touch with someone about it after numerous emails to the company then they eventually sent a new bolt out. Snapped again not long after which left it out of use again for months. Scooter is of poor quality and doesn’t work now. Customer service is a joke. I’ve emailed since 15th of December and still haven’t heard anything back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I have emailed this company twice without reply. The second email was to provide alternative delivery details as I knew I would not be at home on the anticipated delivery day.
The delivery company made three attempts to deliver to my home address before I was able to contact the delivery company. When I eventually managed to speak to the delivery company, I had to crash their fixed choice phone options in order to speak to a human.
After being on hold for 40 minutes, the call centre operator took details of the required address, only for the delivery company to again attempt delivery to my home address! So I still don't have the bike I ordered and yet more hassle ahead to resolve this - if, indeed, it can be resolved

Package arrived but a little disappointed that I had to pay customs on it so it made it that bit more expensive anyhow it was perfect and the right one. Thanks

I have a number of issues:
The advert for the bike was inaccurate and misleading. It stated that the bike was suitable for people up to 6'2" in height. I am just under 6'2" but I could not turn the peddles because my kneed hit the handlebars. Because the bike did not fulfil my needs I wanted to return it. Initially the company refused to accept a return despite me having a legal right to do so.
No installation instructions were provided.
There was a broken part because the packaging was inadequate.
All in all a terrible purchase.

I had scooter less than 2 weeks and seat column broke. And breaks failed I had to pay for them to be repaired.
Be good if the LED strip light had their own button and could stop them flashing.
Other than that its a good scooter
