College students should not buy from eBook4y

I bought an ebook for college "Fundamentals of Corporate Finance 13th". It is a pdf file of the book for $42.13.
The pdf file has no images for the lessons starting from Chapter one at page 115. The only pictures that appear are for the book introduction, before page 115.
Also, the test for each page is out of margin that means that you will find the page number on the middle of the page.
I have requested a refund, but they said they never received a complaint and that I need an ePub reader, which I can't download due to the computer firewall.
Also, I tried calling them but the calls are disconnected from their side. After calling a few times, they blocked my number.

I Like this store …

I have no words to describe this beautiful Textbook store , I like how it is very easy to use and the guy in the support team was very helpful he helped me about an issue with compatibility with Acrobat DC ...Very Recommended saved me time and money .
