Lovely family run business
I bought a pair of whitby jet earrings from ebor jetworks two years ago, I recently lost one but contacted the store and they found a replacement for me.
A truly wonderful family run business which I hope to visit again one day.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. I explained what I wanted...some plain rub over jet earrings in a gold mount. They didn't have any made, but went and got the mount to confirm it was what I wanted and then made them for me there and then.
Really competitive price, gorgeous quaint shop, very helpful and friendly people...restored my faith after having been treated appallingly by a member of staff in a store across the road.

When placing my order I did not realise…
When placing my order I did not realise that delivery was up to seven days unless you specified a special delivery date.When I realised this and wanting my order urgently for a birthday present,I contacted Ebor.The lady I spoke to was very helpful and assured me that she would endeavour to get my order in the post that very afternoon.I received my order the very next day.

My necklace was posted quickly and with international tracking emailed through (important detail if ever there's a delay). It came quickly, not that that's in the jetworks control but just a note that international post is usually pretty good these days and shouldn't be a deterrent. It was well packaged in a lovely box.
