Distictive product
Very pleased with the cross I bought. It is very well made and I appreciated the fact that one could choose from different chain lengths. The information leaflet that came with it was also useful. My only issue was that although the item was shown as in stock the information regarding delivery time was not clear. However, a subsequent communication from Ebor clarified how the cross was actually made to order, and showed a very personal and helpful response. A good company to deal with.

Thank you for your positive review and feedback. Glad to hear that you like the cross, its really quite an eyecatching piece i feel. I will look into adding to and clarifying the info on the order confirmation message as although it does say on the shop page that pieces can take up to 7 working days as most are made to order ( 'in stock' on the website means we have the settings ready, we still have to cut and set the stones), i appreciate it probably is easy to miss in the overall process of making an online purchase, I was very concerned to read that the order took "several weeks' to arrive. I checked with Royal Mail as i was worried it may have gone astray for a while but the package was signed for at the delivery address on 15th July after being ordered on the 7th July, so not as disasterous my original interpretation of "several weeks" thankfully. Thanks again for your custom and for taking the time to give us your feedback, both of which are very much appreciated. Hope we can be of service again in the future.

Beautiful jewellery
Beautiful jewellery. Eventually received my earrings safely but I had to contact after a few days of ordering as they still had not arrived safe...after having no option but the pay almost £7.00 for special delivery, I expected them to arrive much sooner than they did, so I was concerned they had been lost in transit. Absolutely over the moon with them product and will definitely be a return customer despite this hiccup.

Neice buying her ring
