I would highly recommend Zoe. Nothing is too much for her. Customer service is next level. Being a busy mum desperately in need of a holiday but not feeling I have the time or capacity to research and book a holiday. I have used Zoe numerous times now for various types of holidays involving my mother and 9 year old son. Zoe is very considerate in the way she puts a holiday package together ensuring the holiday meets your criteria. An example of Zoe's dedication is that she ensured that my hotel installed a refrigerator in the room to keep my sons medication cool. Communication is second to none, prices very competitive and she is extremely professional. I highly recommend.

We would recommend Zoe without hesitation. She has booked three family holidays for us. We are a group of 12, with grandparents, parents, and children, both pre-school, and at school. Between us we have a range of allergies, and dietary preferences. We have given Zoe our budget, dates, and preliminary thoughts, and she has come up with various very good suggestions.

Zoe is endlessly patient, and is very focussed on both the big picture, and the nitty-gritty details. She continues to support and be in touch with her clients all the way through from the initial contact to the end of the holiday. Nothing, in the way of queries, etc, seems to be too much trouble for her.

We have only ever spoken to Zoe on the phone, but she is so friendly, consistent, and pleasant, that we feel almost that we ‘know’ her as if we had met her in person. We will certainly go straight to her for any future holiday plans, and strongly recommend others to do the same.
