Satisfied with the product and service. Just slow delivery

Dreadful service. Tracking number does not work. I have been waiting 3 weeks for delivery. Nobody replies to emails or WhatsApp messages. Won't buy from them again. Supposed to deliver in 5 days on express delivery. I will contact my bank about a refund.

This website amazed me, I thought it wasn’t real. I placed my order and couple days later customer service reach out and let me kno they are putting the order together. From the order time to the time I received it was exactly 14days. Which is great. The product are authentic and verified. I love ebuy7 and will definitely shop again.

I've purchased from them several times without any problems. The support seemed efficient (despite the time difference) and reassuring. However, with my last order, I was literally scammed, and unfortunately, I realized it a little late, and PayPal couldn't help me. Needless to say, support kept me on standby for over 10 days, constantly contacting me daily, where I explained the "problem" with the items, which were being sold as something completely different. Despite having provided them with videos and all the evidence proving the items were fake (or rather, item X sold as if it were Y, simply by re-labeling it and passing it off as such). Bottom line: I was both scammed by the seller and fooled by them, who refused to refund me. So always pay with PayPal and absolutely do all the necessary tests on the items as soon as you receive them. Don't trust them, but try everything!

Bad information, dates for receive the ittems are fake, too long to wait a solution, additional payments without agreement....so bad!!!!

Scam!! Run away from this platform. They just canceled my order without any reason and didn’t return my money! Don't order on this platform it’s absolutely scam!!

I ordered Yumeijing Children’s Cream (郁美净 儿童霜) from this website, as it was the only shop I could find that stocked this product and shipped to the EU.

After placing my order, I received an email a few days later asking me to pay the shipping fee. Once that was done, I got confirmation emails and was informed that my order had been shipped.

About three weeks later, the package arrived safely in Denmark, with no issues at all. Everything was exactly as described, and the product arrived in good condition.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would order from this website again😊

Dont buy anything here. Bought leather handels for my kitchen. They came broke!! They talked me in to getting 500 kr in discount but they had to wait!!! Have been waiting for months now, but nothing!!! Wrote them again and now they want me to settle with 500 kr in my Ebuy7 account. That was not the deal and i will NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING form them!

Bought a couple of electronics for my shop, the products are cheaper than Alibaba.
The shipping took a little time at Chile customs which delayed the product delivery by 3 hours, but Ebuy stated it when it was delayed and when it would resume to my destination.
Overall I am satisfied especially due to quality of product for the price. I will order from them again as my go to!

I have used this company services several times, the selection is very good, the customer service is very polite, attentive, patient and cooperative, trustworthy and i would order from them again.

the customer support is very kind and helpful I received the packet clean. However the inconvenience is about extra fees in own country I paid an extra fees about 16$

As a first time buyer, i have my doubt and confussion. But overall the package arrived safely and it is fit as the description. Good job.
Few suggestion is to be aware with your country custom. Because local custom will demand taxes etc from your goods, and it is beyond the responsibility of this website.
Overall the website is good for looking a very niche spesific item that by nature not very commonly comercialized.

Everything he sells is of excellent quality and at a very good price. The problem is the very high shipping costs, especially for heavy items. Additionally, in Greece you pay a 24% tax in total on (product + shipping + 5€ customs clearance costs).

I got charged with fees in my country, so be carefull, the price that you are paying in the website is not final! I paid 8 euros extra when I picked the package, and in the website it was 15 euros order!

Ordered completed already. Later want Mr pay more for delivery cost.

There is both international and domestic tracking for the package, and support responded to any quries within 24 hrs.

Ebuy7 is about 15% more expensive over the the likes of AliExpress and Ebay, however considering my packages from them got stuck in Customs / Entry Port and never arrived, I definately recommend, and be stucking with, Ebuy7.
