I have had a good experience with this site anything that I have ordered so far has been perfect I had 1 issue but was sorted very quickly I would recommend this site. Good customer service on email an WhatsApp. the reason for not 5 stars an only 4 is shipping cost can be a little high.

Came across this company as I was looking for a 'Yue Lao' statue. I took a chance on Ebuy7 as it's on the other side of the world - Never heard of them either. Customers services 100%. I asked questions and was answered ASAP. Shipping was fast and package was perfect. I would recommend them and I will be back :)

I ordered a longboard from this website, at first a little sceptical as i’ve never seen or heard much about this site but thought I’d take the risk and was really happy i did! The longboard i ordered arrived really quick and perfect condition with additional gifts too :) would order again!

Excellent service and delivery was longer than expected but was understandable because of current pandemic, product was well packed and queries answered in a timely manner, was able to track my item which is a bonus,overall all was excellent

I order the 5.8 cm Sandalwood Chinese chess but I received the 5.8 cm Chicken wing wood Chinese chess. I complain and request solve this problem but sale man said the item is correct. I proved the shipping make a mistake, they solved the problem. Ebuy7 is still my favorite online shop.

As with other reviews the shipping was high but I wanted the oil painting. Painting was $200 and shipping was $245. Received item in 35 days. The painting cannot be used. The image is poor compared to the image on the website. Besides the possibilty they used spray paint and brushed a few accent colors, the final insult was the attempt to imitate gold leaf foil by painting a shiny gold grid over the entire painting. The grid pattern looks like tic-tac-toe and absolutely makes the painting unusable. I read reviews before my purchase, but the website made me believe they were real artists. There is no art. I have no painting. Their response is to shine a warm light on the painting. At that point just had to laugh at myself for my mistake. Don't repeat my mistake.

They are very responsive and helpful, had some delivery delays because of worldwide transport problems but was always happy with the products.

scammers. the only way to get your money back is paypal claim. if you pay another way - forget about your money. stay away from this guys.

I have already made several purchases on Ebuy7 within the past two months, and everything has been perfect so far. The items I buy are excellent quality and nicely priced. The Customer Service Team is very helpful, professional and efficient. I especially appreciate the input of their representatives Henry & Wing, who have allowed me to combine two separate orders into one shipment, which helped me to avoid paying two separate shipping fees. The shipping cost is always additional and may seem a little high. I regularly select the FEDEX option. And honestly the price is comparable to other International (and national) Express Shipping companies. That is because it is the Shipping Companies that set the Transportation cost. Once shipped, I always receive my package in less than a week (amazing!). I will be placing another order within a week or two, and I know that I can continue to buy here confidently. My Discover Card payments are processed through PayPal by the site and I highly recommend this trustworthy platform. I absolutely love my purchases, the prices and the customer service.
