Fraudulent business tactics, Sold me a Refurbished motherboard costing £175, they shipped the motherboard in its original box inside a postal bag, no box or padding

It arrived slightly torn and damaged, what you'd expect shipping a 3KG box in a bag

I opened the contents immediately after delivery to find a large dent in the PCB of the motherboard in one corner, as expected the poor packing had led to damage

I immediately uploaded photos and messaged the seller who did not respond, a return was opened and I shipped the board back to them this time wrapped in bubble wrap

Now the Scam artists they are they only refunded 50% of the order total citing the board was returned in a different condition, blaming me for there incompetence

I did everything right from immediately opening the parcel to inspect contents, documenting the damage and informing the seller all within the hour

Yet this business is more than happy to pass the cost of thir incompetence to the buyer, shameful

I ordered an Intel i5-14600k from ebuysave on Amazon and it arrived on time with free standard delivery. A few months in and it works reliably so far.

I had a defective CPU & they refused to refund me or replace, i'm now stuck with a cpu thats gives me BSOD or freezes. Pls Do not buy you will regret it. when i sent them the CPU they stressed tested my CPU overnight using prime95 & sent item back to me without a signed for or tracking though royal mail. they then threatened stress test again & again. it makes no difference i have video proof of the fault or that a replacement cpu i purchased did not show the errors. Worst customers service i have even encountered.

Satisfied with service. Would use again. No problems
