This product is machine!! I am satisfied.

This product is machine!!
To be honest, I only bought it as we really needed something to cover up for our packed up blender. Didn’t really expect this quality, maybe because it’s a new brand but I was wowed. Am glad having this crush my cornmeal to powder… Unlike what we had before. Thank you Ebymix for carefully bringing this kind of quality to us here in uk. Delivery was very quick as well, as I was always calling on their customer service even before purchase just to be sure of they have human to speak and are here in UK, I must say they are good. Am happy and no need planning to buy a higher priced one we wanted to purchase.

Horrific Customer Service Experience and Product not fit for purpose!!!

Any customer intending to buy any product from this company must note that it has a 14 days return policy counting from the date of purchase, this information is not easily found on their website hence misleading.

Same policy states that items bought cannot be tested.
I had problems seeing this policy on the company's website and reached out through its customer service who still did not point out the above policy but said products could be returned which informed by decision to buy it.

I did not like the product when I received it and called to return just to now be forwarded the items to be returned without use after 14 days of purchase policy.

The experience I have had with the Customer service officer who was incoherent with information given to me before and after purchase of blender and the Director of the company has been appalling.
She was very rude via Whatsapp interactions, no customer service training, wouldn't let customer speak and refused to receive delivery of the blender I had ordered and sent back despite generating the return code and sending the return details. I did not use the blender and packed it back as it was delivered and posted with tracked delivery service as instructed .

Now the item is lost with the Royal Mail UK as she refused to collect it, and I have lost £150 which I am still batting with the royal mail to receive.

Please do take your time to read their return policy and ensure you are fine with it before purchase in order to avoid being treated unfairly.

Date of experience: 31 August, 2024 till date. Spoke with someone (a lady) from the company on the 3rd of October who would not allow me speak and ended up dropping the phone on me. Horrific customer service experience with this company.

Firstly, Ebymix takes pride in upholding transparency with all customers. Our 14-day return policy is clearly stated and accessible on our website, and we make it clear that products cannot be returned once tested or used, as we do not resell used items to ensure the highest quality for our customers. No customer would love to buy a used products.

We are surprised that you did not mention in your review that you filed a claim against Ebymix with PayPal, which was thoroughly investigated. After careful and long review, PayPal ruled in our favor, recognizing that your claims were unfounded. Your continued attempts to discredit our company appear to be an extension of that case's outcome.

You were rude and difficult to communicate with from the outset. We reserved the right to discontinue sales or communication with customers who engage in rude, insulting, or aggressive behavior, as you did throughout your interactions with us. We maintain the right to protect our staff from such behavior, which was part of the reason for ceasing further contact with you. As your commanding imposing tones & words with negative swearings are not acceptable.

Additionally, as part of the resolution with PayPal, we were instructed to stop all direct communication with you while the investigation was underway, which explains any perceived "lack of communication" from us. This was a required protocol, not a decision made lightly.

We stand by our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction, and Ebymix has consistently received positive feedback from countless satisfied customers. You are, in fact, the only customer who has ever falsely accused us of not selling what we advertise.

Lastly, we urge you to uphold your part of the final case resolution and avoid further attempts to tarnish our reputation. Ebymix is a company built on transparency, and we will continue to operate with integrity and offer durable, effective and high-quality products to our valued customers.
