I initially experienced some issues with getiing a printout and reached out for help. The team was extremely helpful and very prompt in responding to emails. This was my first time using these e cards service, and will happily use it again. I would also recommend it to my colleagues. Thank you once again for the propmt and great support :)

This is a great and easy way for everyone to write a personal message to a colleague who is retiring.

The ecard was delivered promptly and easily downloadable. The funds collected were readily available via a selected gift voucher or alternatively you can request to have the funds deposited to a nominated bank account. Support team service was excellent in assisting with the bank account deposit option.

Good - does the job well and is easy to use—no signup required, which is a big plus. However, there’s definitely room for improvement. The selection of card designs and text styles could be more diverse and visually appealing. Usability could also be enhanced, particularly around editing options. Once a card is sent, it becomes locked, which can be limiting. Ideally, the card owner should retain the ability to make edits post-send, especially to accommodate late additions or belated signatures.

I accidentally deleted my e card which i received from colleagues for my retirement. It was one of the most treasured possessions I had and it was such a fabulous gift to me. I had meant to get it printed but had put it on the long finger & I couldn’t retrieve it. I contacted the company & asked if they could help find it for me. It was a big task for them to find it but they did and sent it to me. I am just so thankful & can’t praise this company high enough. I would highly recommend using this service.

The e-cards are so easy to complete and it's great there are different attractive and interesting designs.

I'm very happy with the product, and when I needed some help with it, Dayana took care of everything.

Impersonal rubbish and they took 5% to convert cash to a gift card that's any use unless you want brands or food chains.

Great site which our organisation use for all of our group cards. A nice selection of designs; straightforward to create a card; you can insert photos and gifs and it is easy to add a gift collection. Highly recommended.

Customer support is excellent!
There is a wide choice of card and the online system is straightforward to use but it’s not just an impersonal process. The team were helpful and supportive when I needed them. This is an excellent way to reach many people who want to send their greetings. The process was smooth from beginning to end. I will definately recommend them.

It's easy to create a group card online, including giving money as a group. I had to refund money I had collected and Dayana from customer service responded immediately and took care of it. I was very grateful. Thank you!
