The process was very easy and the team respond quick if you need help.
Only downside is the charge for processing cash transfers, it is quite high which takes money away which has been donated by friends.

ECard forest website is easy to use and when I did have difficulty I contacted support and Dayana replied back quickly and resolved the issue straight away and was friendly and professional.

Customer service is great, and the team responds quickly and kindly to resolve any issues.

I recently needed to send a “Get Well Soon” e‑card, but the scheduling date I needed wasn’t showing as an option. I reached out to customer service, and Dayana responded quickly and professionally. She guided me step‑by‑step on how to take and share a screenshot so she could better understand what I was seeing.

Nice selection of cards. Easy to use. Note that 6.9% of any pot is taken as an admin fee for receiving funds to a bank account - but other options (e.g. vouchers) are available. I found the customer service really helpful and fast to respond.

Have used Ecardforest for the last two years and enjoyed the ability to add a pot (or not) of $$ to be redeemed against a voucher by the recipient. And by supporting them, we support trees being planted. The choice restriction deserves a 3 or 4 as would like more choice for the professional world. BUT, the support and service and responsiveness from the team (thank you Dayana) earns them a 5.
