Easy to create, and super customer service :)

Customer service from Dayana for a minor issue (which was my own fault) was great, and speedy in resolving my issue.

Excellent company and they respond so quickly to any questions and are always super friendly and helpful. Wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending :)

Perfect company! I am currently using them for a block of flats as a Christmas card/money pot with 100s of residence.. all able to sign with as many pages as we need, you can personalise your messages to make them unique. I had a question and was able to email someone and was contacted back very promptly. So easy to use for everyone, and takes all the hassle away from :) 10/10 will be using again and again

I had several issues trying to access my Gift Card due to a downloading issue, but when I contacted EcardForest, I was in contact with Dayana and she was great with her responses. She was very helpful and resolved the problem for me to use my voucher

Created a card and collection pot for a retirement gift for a colleague and I couldn't have asked for a better company to do this through. We have used them previously and will definitely be using them again. When it came to retrieving the money and the card Dayana couldn't have been more helpful, very impressed

I’ve been using Ecardforest for a few years for work birthdays etc. The site is super easy to use and share; the customisable card is particularly great. And their customer service is awesome.

Dayana was my client service representative, and she certainly saved the day! All the signatories were very frustrated at how the messages kept overlapping, I could not fix it, but every time I contacted Dayana, she was prompt to respond, within minutes! She was so professional, kind, knowledgeable, patient, a true pleasure to deal with! She dealt with me for weeks!!! I wish we had more representatives like Dayana!

I had made a mistake and actually created two ecards. One blank and one where everyone from my team from around the world signed it. Further I accidentally paid for the blank one so I was not able to send the signed one to the intended recipient. I emailed your team, and Dayana was super helpful and was able to switch the payment to the signed card.

I wanted to cash in my collection to have the freedom to spend in a wider range of stores. Emailed my enquiry and got a reply within 5 minutes from Dayana. A short time later the funds were in my bank account. Excellent, speedy and helpful service that really can't be beaten.

I used ecard forest for baby card gift in the month of September 2025 .
The overall sharing experience was good and there was a collection done through colleagues around the globe. my colleague finally tried to encase the collection through an M&S card He waited for 3 weeks before he reached out to me asking if there is some way I can see from my login as to where the collection is stuck . I requested him to wait one more week but no use . it has been a month since the gift card requested and it has been complete silence with no responses to even direct mails for help .
Very disappointed given this was a gift from all the colleagues.

Dayana have been amazing throughout the whole process. She assisted me flawlessly, by checking in on which currency I’d like to redeem my gift card, and informing me thoroughly about the process. She answered all my questions. It was a pleasure for me!
