Michael couldn't be more helpful if he tried!
Nothing is too much trouble and he quickly responds to my messages every time. Super helpful & friendly whilst remaining professional. He's earnt a 5* rating all by himself!!!
The design team are super. They happily make any amendments I require until the design is perfect.
The finished quality is absolutely stunning. It was even better than I expected. So much so that Im back to place my third order with this company.
I simply cannot recommend them enough. Dont waste your time looking elsewhere!!!

Michael was excellent from start to finish with prompt and clear communications. The two trophies acquired were excellent in terms of design and quality. All in all very very good.

Excellent company with amazingly friendly and professional people. James was really quick to respond to my initial enquiry for commemorative coins for our school's 60th anniversary. He then continued to work with me on design choices and my frequent changes! Nothing was too much trouble and he even delivered my goods personally! We were all delighted with the final product and would definitely use them again for any awards or commemorative coins we need in the future.

We ordered medals through EC Awards for the first time and we were incredibly impressed! Communication throughout was great, Ben answered any questions I had to ensure we achieved what we wanted in terms of the design, and the medals arrived earlier than expected. On top of that, the quality of the medals was amazing! We have in-house Creative Designers and have seen some shoddy jobs in their time so expectations for them aren't necessarily the highest haha, so for them to be impressed is the ultimate compliment. EC Awards were also competitively priced, although that wasn't a leading factor for choosing EC Awards.
