We had a great experience, we needed a car and new which model. They quickly contacted us and were very clear and transparent about the process and how they work. They made sure they understood our needs and wishes and adapted accordingly. They gave really good advice. They buying and pick up was easy and smooth. The car has no issues and they have good after care in case of questions or doubts.
Over the past 10 days, I’ve met with almost every dealer in the country, and honestly, I found the industry to be quite untrustworthy. Many dealers buy cars from auctions, including ones with salvage accident history, and don’t disclose the defects to customers. That’s why transparency is so important — customers shouldn’t have to worry about unseen risks when making such a big purchase.
Richard is a great entrepreneur, and I’m glad he’s in this business now. He personally helped me during my Tesla purchase and was transparent, helpful, and very quick to respond. I truly believe they will soon become the number one destination for anyone looking to buy an electric car.
