My older car was sent to ECF by my insurer to have the body work repaired after it was damaged whilst parked outside my house.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was given updates on the progress by them and John and Bruce came and collected my car and returned it once it had been repaired. I’m so impressed with their workmanship… you can’t even tell that it was ever damaged. Thank you very much. Paula

Just had my lease van dropped back from ECF after repairs. Looks great. John and Bruce who dropped it off were lovely and even helped me move some kit around. Thank you.

ECF repaired my car earlier this year through my insurer. When I asked for written records of the work, I was told they couldn’t provide them due to a ‘system change.’ Since then, serious issues have emerged with the tyres and suspension - problems that raise real safety concerns - resulting in an MOT fail within 6 months or repair. I have been left significantly out of pocket, with unresolved faults and no confidence in the quality of the repair.

Following a collision in my Mercedes, my insurance company recommended ECF as an approved repairer. Them also being an approved Mercedes repairer, it suited me.
ECF couldn’t have been more helpful, the car was booked in quickly by Robin a few days later.
Mark, who greeted me on arrival, fully explained the process and timescales involved. From then on, daily texts were received advising me of progress. A few days later, the car was ready for collection seamlessly repaired, washed and hoovered.
I’m 100% satisfied.
Hopefully I will never have to use ECF again but wouldn’t hesitate if ever the need arose.

Could not be more impressed with the service that they provided. Chris always on the end of an email and Bruce and John collecting and delivering the car back exactly as arranged. SO many thanks everyone - Excellent.

Great customer service from this repair garage. Weekly updates from the admin team as there was a problem getting the parts from Mercedes but was still finished and delivered by Kevo and Emily over a week earlier than expected. Car looks fantastic and would never know it had been in a big smash. Well done.

My car repair was booked in and completed in no time and a fantastic job done to match the pearlescent paint. The staff kept me regularly updated on progress and even organised the hire car for me. A special thank you to Mark who oversaw my repair. A great team and a great job done. Would definitely use again if needed!

Fantastic garage. My car had a fault, and Chris (the manager) and his team really took out the time to find and fix the issue. Communication was excellent, and they even vacuumed my car at the end! Its hard to find a good garage you can trust, and this one is that. I'll be back for my servicing/MOT next year!
