ECH group ltd , I had 3 like for like quotes ECH were attentive but not to pushie , Carl answered all my questions , Arron came and did a survey and gave me a better insight into Solar , with this information I upgraded my system and re quoted , ECH came out on top.
The install was arranged promptly , the team arrived and did install promptly and efficiently , and did a good hand over.
Just waiting for paper work to follow.

Great experience start to finish.
We had 16 x Aiko panels and 11.5kw of FoxESS battery along with 6kw inverter installed. The experience with ECH has been excellent.
I always think that the best measure of a company is how they deal with things when they go wrong. We did have some teething issues with the equipment, this was mostly FoxESS at fault and ECH were superb at chasing FoxESS to sort it out. Essentially we needed some firmware updates to the equipment and then it was all fine.
The install itself was smooth with a very professional team who left zero mess afterwards.
I'd go back to ECH again, and will in fact be doing so for another property in coming years.

From quotation to installation, really clear and responsive, great price quick service and always on time , the installation team were polite and cleaned up afterwards - would highly recommend.

Seamless from start to finish tidy and efficient a great team

We have just had 14 panels an inverter and battery fitted, the installation went very smoothly and only took a very short time to install. The workmen were very helpful ,polite and courteous, and cleared up and mess that was created. The whole process was very good and before they left, they made sure everything was working as it should and explained it all.

We have just had 7 x 500w PV panels installed, together with Fox ESS modular storage batteries.
The whole experience with the team from ECH was very positive, they were courteous and explained everything.
The panels look very good on the roof and the Inverter and Battery installation in the loft space also is very good and it’s a pity that they won’t be on display!
If you are considering having solar panels installed you would not be wasting your time by talking to ECH, and if chosen, you will not be disappointed,

The weather was terrible but they worked around it to get the job finished. Very happy workers who kept me informed of what they were doing and how they were going to do it. Took the time to answer any questions i had. From the start the company was not pushy to get my order. If you dont know about solar this is a company to ask. Did a tidy job and left no mess.

Office, survey and fitters all friendly, efficient and helpful. Only problem came over communication over delays on the fitting day. The fitters worked hard and easily made up the time.

Excellent service from initial conversation to actual install. The install engineers were professional, efficient and polite and very informative. A very tidy install and so far very happy! Thank you Carl and team.

After my prefect initial solar installation by ECH (see previous review) I then required an EV charger installed. ECH guided me through my EV options and I also decided to have another battery installed on my solar setup at the same time, all at a great price.
As usual with ECH the installation of both components was seamless and professional. I recommend ECH without hesitation.
I work as a building inspector directly for the UK government as my day job and if all companies were as competent as ECH, I would have a very easy life.

After contacting a number of solar suppliers which unearthed a lot of different options it was very good to have discussions with Carl to help me understand the differences, resulting in several phone calls from myself to clarify. With Carl’s recommendations we came up with a very good solution for our property. The work was completed in April by a professional team. I find it hard to fault anything they did. It is now mid June and is generating slightly more than predicted and I am receiving good money from export. Highly recommend this company for anyone considering a solar and/or battery installation.

Had solar panels installed April 2023. At that point couldn’t fault the customer service and the installation.

However by November 2023 the system hardware had a fault on it preventing from reporting through the app. ECH initially tried to remotely fix but required us as customers to unwire and rewire components in the electricity box which we were not keen to do. The correspondence was incredibly slow eventually stopping in its entirety. No calls were returned, phones answered, emails replied to after February 2024.

Eventually I managed to resolve the issue by contacting the hardware manufacturer (MyEnergi) directly who informed me they could have resolved in the first place. I finally contacted ECH leaving feedback directly with their customer feedback contact stating my disappointment in their customer service. Again I’ve had no response to this.

ECH Group were quick to install panels and battery, were polite and tidy. Performance of the panels and battery is great.

On time, quick and tidy workmanship. They were able to install a better configuration than the survey. All working seamlessly.

I enquired about a battery pack to go with my existing solar panels. I received fantastic service from start to finish. Everyone I had contact with was very polite, answered promptly with all the information I needed. The kit is really premium quality, as was the installation. Our new battery appears to be saving us money already. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

Great company, great customer service, brilliant work force, fast and efficient and most of all great product and prices. I look forward to our next meet for more panels. Thank you

Fast communication & install, hard working crew. Carl was very helpful and the ground team also pulled out all the stops to do the job right. I'd recommend people use ECH, already done so. Only gripe is that perhaps they do too many installs... still not sure what I've had fitted as getting mixed messages from ground and management, but hopefully the information pack they will send after the instal will help with understanding the system a bit better. Even so, I would use them again.

For me the one thing that stood out was my conversation with Carl. Although at this present time i was not in a position to take up the very good offer on the solar system, carl was still able to answer my questions. It is clear to me that Carl had a depth of knowledge and integrity, was proffesional and very helpful. I will invest in their services at ECH once i am in the position to do so. I would recomend anyone who has been bombarded with solar installers to seek out ECH and speak with carl, they have a long history in this business which for me counts as a big positive.
