I ordered a jurassic park advent calendar for my son and I have never received it. I was receiving ad hoc "shipping" updates but since it said it arrived in the UK on 3/10/2025 it seems to have stalled and there is no way to contact them that I can find. Please don't waste your money or time on anything from this website.

Never received my order and then they didn’t issue a refund. They knew my order hadn’t been delivered. This has gone on for 4 months

Fake shipping and you won’t get your product

Scammers. Item don’t arrive so avoid. No refund either. Scumbags. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered an item and after 8 weeks it hadn’t turned up, even though the tracking showed every step of the journey, interestingly its current location is at a residential address. I was assured it was on its way and then later promised a refund but nothing materialised. These people are clearly scammers and disgust me on a cellular level.

I ordered two items. First issue was that when I put the order in I was overcharged. The amount taken from my card was higher than the invoice by quite a margin

They put this down to "technical issues" and did refund me the overcharge but I guess they tried their luck here and were hoping I didn't notice.

Next over a month passed and nothing turned up. They said they would send again but after around a week they said they couldn't send one of the items and did refund me. However after another few days the other item turned up but was wrong.

Like many other reviewers I contacted support and asked for correct item but they instead said they could offer £2 and I could keep the item. The item was priced originally at £9.99.

I explained in many emails the item was wrong and they increased offer to £4. They say they would only refund full amount if item was shipped to China with full proof of delivery. This would be a massive cost to me..im already out of pocket so won't be doing that with no guarantee of refund.

Based on my experience I suggest you stay clear, don't shop with them

Sold an item that never arrived, I can only assume it’s a scam site. I emailed them asking for confirmation of my order and the email back was shoddily put together. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Scam site. You item will not arrive, using a scam courier service also.

Money taken and nothing delivered. Avoid

I'm writing another honest review.
I eventually received item a 50th Anniversary JAWS MUG it was nothing like their description and was co badly made.
They will not send return label but I have to pay return postage to China when they are based in UK.
They offered £1.00.
I refused.
UK law states any purchase that is not fit for purpose or damaged Company must pay full postage and refund..
Please don't go near this Dodgy company
