WHY THE DELAY
I left feedback a few months ago before the name change and asked why it was that every time i put an order in they were out of stock of something or other,usually Ganfort eye drops which is a very common product.I was assured at the time that the company were going thru an upgrade to their systems and it would improve the service.Unfortunately this hasn`t been the case.Most months,as before,they have been out of stock of the eye drops and this last time was the worst.I placed an order on the 29th june and didn`t receive it until today july 7th.To be fair they did offer me the option of going to another pharmacy to collect this item but that rather defeats the purpose.The reason i use this service is because it would be a 15 mile round trip to my usual place.Apart from that i have no complaints as when they get their act together it all goes well.
