The while process was easy. The only thing that would have made me feel better about my purchase was if I would have been notified of who the flowers where handed to. For all I know they may have never made it to their destination.

Two times within a year, this company has FAILED to deliver flowers after confirming the order. When a friend or family member passes, we want to show our care and concern by sending flowers if we are unable to attend the services. They refunded the money but that's NOT the point. I wanted the flowers delivered as promised. And in BOTH cases, when I contacted customer support, they blamed someone else and said it was beyond their control. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! They took the order and my payment and should deliver as promised. I might accept one mess up. BUT TWO, within 7 months!!

On Jan. 27, ordered an $80 funeral arrangement through Echovita. When I received the confirmation of order, I was surprised to find I was charged an additional fee of $9.99 for an "eternity candle." Don't know what this is and didn't request to order it. Echovita has since refunded the fee & advised that the item & fee could have been removed during the order process. Appreciated fee refund but feel this item should NOT be automatically added to an order for the customer to later remove if not wanted.

They failed to deliver my flower arrangement for the funeral
Easy on-line ordering of flowers; and delivery was very timely.
Flowers not delivered on time for funeral on Thursday. In fact it was Monday before they were delivered!!!

I could order a meaningful bouquet within my price range all from the comfort of my workstation. I also liked that I did not have to worry about delivery as there is a process in place between the florist and the funeral home which made things super convenient.
I made two orders. One was delivered and one was not. This was first time using the service from the site recommended by the funeral home links. Therefore would have been nice if the delivery had been seamless.
Flowers were ordered through the site because it was on the funeral home's website with the departed individual's information. The order was placed after about 2 days I received an email of cancellation. I'm not sure if there is any fault to be rendered, but the occasion made it more disappointing. It is a bit disheartening to go through the whole process of ordering online and then having it cancelled. A telephone called would have been a more professional touch.

tHERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY BY PHONE OR EMAIL WITHOUT GIVING YOUR PERSONAL CONTACT INFO. I NEVER SAW MY MESSAGE ON THE ACTUAL FUNERAL HOME SITE. NEVER SEND NOREPLY EMAILS AND ALWAYS LEAVE A WORKING PHONE NUMBER. OTHERWISE, YOU CANNOT BE CONSIDERED TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL.

I already wrote a review for Tribute.com. The same goes for Legacy.com and Echovita.com.
I only hit 1 star because nothing less was available that would allow me to give a review. These are leach company that take obituaries from legitimate funeral homes' sites and post them on their own sites to profit from. The obituary is often inaccurate and they are trying to sell trees, etc without permission/authorization from their families. They just did this to us on the loss of my 14 year old grandson. Our funeral director has made several attempts to stop this, but always hits a dead end. I have warned everyone we shared our obituary with, and I am writing a letter to the Secretary of State.

Paid for Services do not exits
Their obituary was confiscated and reprinted from bits and pieces swiped from the net. Echovita’s obits have nothing to do with the bereaved family nor placed there by the funeral home. I am trying to get two payments refund: a lit a candle order, and a tree planning tributes cancel for full refund total paid $78. these service do not exits in Canada
