Ordered smok vapes and liquid was free. Had a delivery issue with orginal order as contained 3 vapes (no longer allowed in one package and royal mail confiscated) contacted ecigarettedirect via email and it was all sorted within hours and items arrived the next day.

Coils won't last 3 days. Con job. Will claim x and y, won't deliver even half of that and you cant even rate the product on thier site. Bullshit merchants through and through.

I’ve ordered from here for years now and find their customer service to be second to non. Always a quick delivery. My latest order arrived on Christmas Eve, thankfully. Along with my order was a number of Christmas treats. It was such a delight and welcome surprise. Really nice touch. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

Purchased a Smoke Mag Solo from them December 2024. Completely duff, clearly a faulty board. Arrogant, sarcastic, evasive response; their dialogue dripping contempt. There are plenty of other retailers out there. Zero stars if I could.Please AVOID these crooks.

I've been using them for all my atomiser and new vape purchase needs for a while now due to the competitive prices and super consistent and fast dispatch, so they already had my loyalty, but I'm reviewing because recently I had something go wrong and got in touch with customer support. A vape I'd bought only a couple of months ago stopped working very suddenly and was still within manufacturer warranty. I got a really fast response and without having to ask was offered a replacement sent prior to return (just had to send a short video to demo the problem). Vape arrived next day (on a Saturday) and I was able to return very conveniently via a Royal Mail collection from my house.

Super smooth process, really couldn't have been better. Can't recommend enough based on my experience.

Excellent services they had the part i was looking for in silver which I couldn't find my old one was black and it died, so I decided to change my vape and get new parts , the new vape is silver so wanted the bit I can best describe as screws onto vape and the voopoo magnetic tank goes onto it i ordered 1 on Monday made the mistake of not choosing 24 hour delivery so it's due tomorrow, but I ordered another because I didn't mind having a spare as silver hard to find ordered Tuesday morning using 24 hour delivery received it 5pm Wednesday will definitely use them again

If I could give this company No star I would they sold me a duff Hexa kit and wouldn't replace it! I'll never use them again the customer service are terrible!

Nearly left a naff review - cos the tank would not screw to the battery, only to find out there was a tiny shard of metal in the socket lol.

Other than that, very pleased with item. New customer, so i will consider buying from you in the future.

Absolutely amazing customer services, had little issue with one of my devices (my own fault) and Emily from their customer services team immediately knew what my issue was, guided me through my options, and even sent me a free pack of the correct coils! Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Been using this website for years and this experience has only guaranteed I'll keep using it for many more.

Everything about the fulfilment of my order was excellent. Standout feature: delivery speed. Honestly, I doubted the shipment notice, as I ordered on Saturday morning, and the shipping info stated next working day (covered by the company, so free to me). I'd have been more than happy with a Tuesday delivery, but nope. My goods arrived on Sunday afternoon. Amazing!

The items I purchased: an Innokin tank, mod, spare coils and batteries, all competitively priced, and two weeks on, I can say the tank and mod and coil performance are far superior to my previous set-up. the batteries hold a decent charge. Also received a free liquid of my choice.

I signed up to receive the company's newsletter, and I'm more than happy with the occasional email from them (they don't inundate).

I’m packing my bags on Thursday so I can leave this miserable “summer” we’re currently having in search of some sun. I leave on Saturday.

It’s Thursday 4.30pm and I notice my trusty Geekvape B30 seems to be acting up. Obviously the last thing I want is to be stuck in Greece with no vape. This is a possible holiday ruining type situation.

A quick google finds ECigaretteDirect, the B30 is at a competitive price and they promise same day dispatch if ordered before 5pm.

A brief message to the company, and then I place the order at 4.45pm.

Delivery is completed by 10.10am on Friday.
