My experience following a visit to the Weston store was pleasant until I had left and googled the cost of the vape that I had purchased, it had been marked up 100%
Some I found online were even cheaper again.
Be careful as this outlet/ company are very,very expensive compared with competitors,

I came into the store to buy new pods because my vape was leaking when I mentioned this, Erin started telling my of proper care for the vape and good rules of thumb for changing pods. Erin was extremely helpful, I will be 100% be coming back again and again.

Called the store today to speak to get some information
The staff member was very rude, and dismissive and did not allow me to acquire the information I called for before hanging up the phone.

I understand that businesses get many calls/cold calls etc but to have staff that speak to people in that manner is NOT professional or good business and without knowing the reason for the call are passing up on possible information that could be of interest to the owner/owners.

Not a good employee and will not be taking my business to them again.

I recently gave up smoking and switch to vaping. The lady at E-Cig City seemed to really know her stuff. I chose the Aspire Flexus thing, which smokes similar to rollups I was addicted to for almost 30 years! (I started very, very young). If you're considering cessation as a new year's resolution, this very well may help.
