Let down badly - been a customer for years too.
Did not send the complete order but charged the full amount for all the items ordered. When challenged about this, was given the excuse that they were out of stock (even though the website seems to be live and self-updating on stock availability). Was not offered a refund of the 20-odd pounds for the items not supplied as ordered but given "store credit" for the amount. I suspect that if this went unchallenged, the lack of items supplied would never have been fulfilled. Completely unacceptable and will be taking custom elsewhere - once I get the "store credit" back. Shame really, have been a customer for years and never had any problems before.
