Amazing service
Amazing service. Ecigzoo was the only shop that sold a replacement glass piece for an Innokin isub tank I have. They accidentally sent the wrong glass piece- very easy mistake to make.
They had sent an email to say let them know if any issue with recent purchase. I responded and explained the mistake. They quickly rectified it, sent the right glass piece immediately, apologized profusely and sent me 2 bottles of eliquid!
Just awesome customer service. Will deffo be purchasing ecig products from them. One loyal customer obtained!.

Returned faulty product to Wisbech …
Returned faulty product to Wisbech Store. Sale assistant effectively called me a liar. Refused to replace leaking tank what was faulty from purchase, implying I had broken it.

Basically we do not replace goods due to damage or misuse, only if they have an inherent fault. You told us you were carrying it your pocket when you noticed it leaking. You say it was faulty from the beginning, we assume leaking, which means why put it in your pocket. We can only deduce it started leaking whilst in your pocket and was fine before.
You showed us the clearomiser, said it was in your pocket and it was bent out of shape. Now you may not remember bending it but the problem is the devices clearomiser is not meant to have sideways pressure on them. What people tend to do is forget they have it in their pocket and they bend down and do their shoelaces, pat a dog, sit on a sofa and it bends the thing. They dont bend out of shape themselves.
We don't cover accidental damage whether you realised you did it or not. You started swearing "c***ts" and threatening violence. Our staff deserve much better than you. Stay away, you will not be served again.
Ps try pushing the plastic casing back into the metal base it was bent out of and it should be back to normal. Most times.

Fast delivery however..
Really fast delivery however one of the e-juices I ordered was only 1/4 full however I already broke the seal by the time I realised so couldn't send it back. The other 6 juices I ordered were fine.

Unfortunately stock is all gone, at £1.50 instead of £4.99 a bottle it flew out and none left. We sorted it now with a refund and sent an email. Any problems let us know.
