Thanks for your very kind review and we are sorry to hear your goods have not arrived. You placed the order at 7.39am, we had it printed off, packed, and marked for shipping/sent by 8.16am on Monday. We offer a few choices of delivery method for the customer to choose and you selected the untimed method, Royal Mail First Class. Normally it is quite reliable but this time of year it does slow down somewhat and can take several days longer (Christmas). We would love to upgrade all parcels for free to a next day 9am courier service but alas for your £6 odd quid + vat order we just didnt have space in the margins to afford that. Sorry.
Thanks for giving us a 1 star review for getting your order ready and sent within 37minutes and honouring your chosen delivery method. Sorry Royal Mail have not got it to you by today, Thursday. Bit upset you would not just get in contact with us, but thats life.
Anyway of course we are concerned that you have not received the order. Let us know if it doesnt come in the next few days and we will sort it out.

Do not use this shop
This shop does not care about its customers once it has your money. I will never go back here. Other shops in Wisbech/Kings Lynn that provide better customer service and value their customers.
