Ordered 2 eyelash serums (previously ordered 1 to try on Amazon and liked the product) 1 week later still not despatched so chased to be told they were out of stock and they would refund me. 2 weeks later and no refund, each time I chase there is another excuse why I haven't received my refund. 3 weeks on and no money has been refunded. AVOID ordering from them.

Low-quality cheap cosmetics.

I bought collagen serum and one cream in the TKMaxx. The quality of both is horrible. Collagen serum has some sequins, so your face is full of small items on it. Sero effect for the skill. The cream has a Fairy smell, like cheap washing liquid.

Stay away from this brand. I wish I would read reviews here before buying it. No idea how bloggers are making positive videos about it.

This company are not to be confused with E'clat who are an Indian based skincare company that I believe to be legitimate.
I purchased a set of three serums by Eclat Skincare London's brand on a very well known website & have since found this brand on several other respected UK sites.
I was convinced they were fake upon opening as they were not the same consistency as very similar real serums I have bought previously from other brands.
Vitamin C should oxidize after some contact with air & Eclat's Vitamin C Serum did not do this.
In my opinion, having done research on their registered details & various other checks this company is either a scam or are selling scam goods.
Their own website has prices at double the price of those on the website I bought them on too so if you are tempted to buy, please order from another website than their own.
Personally, I would never purchase anything knowingly from this brand again. I will be checking out any brands company details before I make any further online skincare purchases & would certainly never use their products on my face as I don't know what long term damage they could do.

I have been using facial products for years now, but thought I would give the Eclat range a try. It has made my skin dry, itchy and burned the top of my cheeks. Obviously ceased using straight away, but skin is still constantly stinging!

Tested the eyelash growth serum for 4 weeks on both one eyebrow and eyelashes of one upper eyelid. With my other eye and eyebrow remaining untreated so that I could have a baseline to compare any benefits experienced using this product. I was extremely disappointed as I had no visible improvement of either eyelash or eyebrow growth. Lashes remained identical to untreated areas. Certainly would not buy this product again.

Eclat skincare claim that their products are paraben free but they are not. Extremely disappointed by fake advertising.

I have used Eclat Cosmetic Products for a few years now and I am happy with the service. You always get order confirmation, order updates and an expected day of delivery. Orders always arrive in perfect condition and nicely wrapped in tissue paper. All packaging is recyclable. I have ordered a variety of products and they are lovely quality and work well. I love that they are created with natural ingredients and cruelty free.

I ordered two backuchiol products and received retinol instead. Two weeks since I have informed them, including forwarding photographs and barcodes of the wrong items and still not resolved. They have the cheek to ask that I return these items at my expense, and they will then despatch the items I originally ordered. I do not trust this company and would not recommend.

Wrong Item Received. After 2 months since order- correct item has still not been sent. Ordered their Eye Pads prior to Christmas. Received Lip Pumper instead...an item I had no use for and is still in its box. Despite several emails, they finally responded requesting a photo of the item. No apology given and no response since last email. It has been weeks since I have heard from them. Would give them MINUS 1 star rating if I could for bad communication and bad customer service. What gets me is that The Drop by Stylist recommended this company - to help small businesses no less. Every other item recommended by The Stylist responded well to my queries and resent any item I may not have received because of the Royal Mail backlog..,...and at least sent the item. They NEED TO BE BE DROPPED BY "THE DROP".

The quality of the product is worse than £5 Nivea cream. The company employ students and do not pay them just to make money out of everything. Most of the products is selling by TKMaxx for 10% of the price. Avoid this company, it is a scam.

I bought some teeth whitening strips off of Amazon as they were sold as 100% natural and peroxide free - they use that as a selling point. After a few uses I check the ingredients and it contains formaldehyde which is a probable carcinogen. False marketing and I will never buy another product from them againn

I have read various reviews, both bad and good. Marketing company doesn’t interest me, the beauty of packaging as well. I will only share my personal experience. I have tried many branded facial serums, creams, cleansers. I paid £ 80 for some and didn’t notice any results. I bought éclat brand retinol serum and face cream. After 2 months, all the spots disappeared, the texture of the face changed, and the wrinkles decreased. I am impressed with that. Every person’s skin is different, what works for one person may not affect another at all. But I am glad that these products suited, liked and worked for my skin.

Amazon marketing scam....the ingredients in the bottle bear no resemblance to the marketing description. Full of chemicals.

I recently purchased Eclat Rosewater Facial Toner on Amazon, believing it to be made entirely from rose petals, as stated. Reading the reviews on Amazon, only one person said that it contained other ingredients - silly me, I should have listened! I only found out that it has preservatives in it, when I was looking at their retinol cream. I wanted to know what the full list of ingredients are in the cream, so typed this in and found that the product has quite a few 'nasties' in - including parabens.
So I will not be buying from them again!
I will now be very wary of any cosmetic products that I buy on Amazon and check to see exactly what is in them and if I can't find out, it's no sale! Though it does seem that some sellers are not keen to tell you - I wonder why?
Sadly it's always a case of 'buyer beware'!

The EGF Cell Effect night cream is genuinely one of best skin products I have ever used. The smell and texture are to die for and the ingredients appear to be very high quality / in good formulation. Their website and overall brand image is a little questionable and amateur which is letting the brand down, shame!

I purchased 3 items, retinol serum, vitamin c serum and retinol moisturizer. I've only used a few times and havent noticed any changes to my complexion as it is too soon. However, all 3 of the products melt into my skin beautifully and have made my skin so soft. They are not greasy either which is really impressive..infact they are the first serums that I have tried that havent coated my skin In grease. I cant wait to see results of using all 3 together.

I ordered all the day and night creams the serums and the rose oil. I can not believe the difference in my skin, the rose oil is beautiful on your skin just before you apply your makeup, I have so many comments about how radiant I look and how glowing my skin is. I have now ordered the shampoo, conditioner and hair mask.
