ECL Care Solutions 

Had ECL for six weeks the first five weeks were brilliant but this last week not so good. Early morning calls were later than I normally have had yesterday was just gone 11 and then lunch they came again at 12.40 pm I was still full up from breakfast and today my last day, breakfast call was 10.50 am I was so dry I asked my neighbour to come in and help me I appreciate they have other clients and time can run over and they have to get from different areas in Essex. So because it was my last day and I haven't been happy with the calls this week I cancelled the last three calls. This is no reflection on the carers most of them work their butts off, the only complaint I had was that when they do the little bit of washing up left for them would it be possible for them do it properly please,on more than one occasion my neighbour had to redo it all because there was still soup or tea left in the cups and the cutlery was left sitting on the draining board rather than dried and put in the drawer. But other than that most of the carers were lovely they worked hard were pleasant and nothing was to much trouble.

ECL gave my mum the most amazing care, the spent a journey with us from hospital to home whichni will forever be grateful for. Special mention to Lacey, Francesca and Asleem who always had time to have a chat with my mum making sure her wellbeing was cared for as well as her personal care. I only wish we had the option to have them as long term carers.

ECL have given my husband wonderful support and care. They are very professional and make sure that their clients are safe with all equipment required in place for the care of the client. Their carers give excellent care and support respecting the dignity of the client. Nothing is too much trouble for them. This gives me peace of mind that my husband is in good hands.

My Mum is very happy with the care she gets from ECL all the carers are so nice and helpful, and from my point of view the contact with the office is exceptional, emails and phone call always answered promptly, we could not ask for better, thank you ECL

Shower Stool came well packaged and I was kept informed of the delivery details. The stool is sturdy and exactly as shown on the website. Easy to assemble and I am pleased with this purchase and the service given.
