Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Buggy. Constant Error Messages. Clunky. Terrible Trainers.

Zero stars, were it possible. This software is buggy with constant error messages, clunky in a way that it must have been written by persons who have never charted in their lives, not at all intuitive or user friendly, and ridiculously complicated in nearly every aspect. The "trainers" drone on and on like robots, not at all open to questions, and they were not competent in English, which added yet another layer of complexity and frustration to an already horrifically unpleasant experience from start to finish.

I have been trained on, and have used four different charting softwares throughout the years, and while they all had their strengths and challenges, eClinicalWorks is by far, the worst. The very worst. There is not one positive aspect to eClinicalWorks whatsoever.

Avoid like the plague.
