Receipt of goods ordered from time of placing delivery was very slow and did not meet advertised expectations. Responses to my queries chasing up order got vague delayed responses. Quality of printing was good but after only 2 rides stitching on bib shorts is starting to unravel.

The site does advise to use the more complex colour codes to be sure of final colours and I strongly recommend using these when ordering as the delivered jersey varied in colour to the design ID - the black lettering is more dark grey and one I bought for my partner is pink rather than purple and light rather than dark green shades - very different from the design ID colours.

Jerseys are very well made - good breathable material and sizing is excellent.

Will buy again BUT will use the complex colour codes and ask for a picture of the finished item before it is posted

1. Takes forever to obtain merchandise.

4. Poor sew quality on shorts. One leg is obviously different than the other.
5. The words on shorts were place by me higher to avoid being sewn through but the words were at very very bottom and sewn through. One leg was ruffled and the other leg was flat and smooth.
6. Name on left sleeve is practically under my arm (not where I placed the name)
7. Communication was NOT good. Tried contacting after purchase and no return email or call.
8. Company has potential but I will not use this company again. This was a test run and I would say "failure". Company lost future large orders.
9. Will be happy to send pictures to prove.

First off it is the wrong color I asked for black and they sent me brown.
I emailed them but never got a response.

I ordered just one cycling kit for now, so check the size and quality. Dart has been extremely helpful and was working hard and went the extra mile to sort my issues out. I wished that more people would be like him and his colleagues. The size is spot on and the kit is quite nice. Unfortunately the colours of the bib shorts and the jersey didn't match, but apart from that I am very pleased. I got what I paid for and it is good value for money. Hopefully my next order will have matching colours, but I'm confident and will order a few more kits for me and a friend as well. I have no problems recommending this company to anyone. My initial doubts about ordering from a Chinese company were dispelled and I will be a happy, returning customer.

You guys are great, I submit my custom artwork and always get exactly what I expected, my group is really excited to use our kits.

The design process is pretty easy, and it's terrific cause you can order just one item, so you can make jerseys as presents for friends and family. The staff are really friendly and quick at getting back to you and resolving any issues. Also the items arrive when they say they will, but because it is a small company you do need to be patient as they may take a bit to be completed (although they are always open about how long it will take). I've used them multiple times and would recommend them to anyone. Terrific!

I am involved in a charity bike ride and needed a jersey with my sponsors logos I searched everywhere able to help me with no luck. A friend put me on to eclipsecycling and I could not be happier with the results.

Not only where the products cheaper than any cycling websites they were of top quality. I received my goods well before my ride and my sponsors were very impressed with how well their logos looked on my jersey.

Communication was very good, all questions were answered within 24hrs.

I needed to order some short sleeve and some long sleeve jerseys.

However, I could not order all of these in the order. I had to have one order for the short sleeves and one for the long. This meant that I had to also incur shipping fees even though I had ordered 7 jerseys.

Once ordered, I received little communication advising the status of my order including when the were shipped. I had to make several enquiries to find out what was happening and still got no date as to when they would be received.

Great quality ...higher than expected,,, Great communication and a good dispatch time.

If you are looking for a speedy custom cycling kit, go elsewhere. If you are looking for a fully custom kit, with great customer service and a quality result, this is your place. I have done business with Eclipse a few times now and I couldn't be happier. It takes a while for production to turn out a kit, but for the quality and the price, you can't beat it. I were my custom kits all the time and always get compliments about the design and quality. When I tell people the price, they can't believe it. I will most definitely do business with them again! I could not be happier with my new racing kit! I ordered it as a surprise for my coach before I head for Ironman Florida. It turned out amazing! I had plenty of help getting the logo's ready for print and the finished product is outstanding! Ready to race!

I ordered 4 jerseys for our team. The zero minimum is perfect as we are a small team so that's a huge positive! Time from order to receiving shipment was 5 weeks. That's not so long when you consider it's a custom jersey, ie. not mass produced, and it's shipping international.

I only had 2 small issues, the first was that one of the logos was missing from the final product. In this case it was some text on the back under our main logo so It wasn't a big deal. It only differs slightly from our design ticket in that regards. If we order more in the future I hope it is included!
They also provided me with the wrong tracking number, so I was pleasantly surprised when my jersey's showed up but DHL said they were still overseas! Really not an issue as they arrived safe and sound.

Quality is pretty good and the design is sharp and clear! They look great!! The sleeves fit a little tighter than I'm used to, but the overall fit is great. Be sure to accurately measure your proportions to ensure that your size corresponds with their size chart! Mind the language barrier and timezone difference from where you may order, have a bit of patience and it will pay off!

I'll order again from the company as I was really pleased! If the text was included in the final product as per the ticket ID, I would give them a perfect rating.

Eclipse cycling went above and beyond in customizing our jerseys and delivering the product in record time! Quality of product and work is simply great! When others ask for minimum orders and wait times averaging 45 days, we got our orders with no minimums required in around just 3 weeks, less than half the time! We had our country flags added to the jersey collars, different flags, and the order was spot on! Thanks for the great service and finished product!
