It took about 45 days, but I know they are now with a quicker team then when I ordered. Super nice customer service and great quality. I highly recommend this company! Jerseys look great!

We ordered March 28th and didn't receive the jerseys until May 21st. They take the payment immediately upon order, not when shipped. After not hearing anything for a month I contacted them and it took several tries to get a reply. (At that time they said they were back logged due to a week off for the Chinese new year.) The website says 2-4 days for design, 15 days to make and 7-10 days to ship. So I'm thinking maybe a month at the longest. But it takes 2 and the events I needed the Jerseys for have come and gone. Not happy and will not order from again.

The lead time was long, but we expected it to be coming from China. The quality is great and the design was crisper than we imagined. Women's sizes run small and Men's are more true to fit. We checked the sizing chart and the sizes we ordered are perfect. We hope to order the matching shorts soon!

Never worn, and newly opened jersey cannot be exchanged for a different size and currently no option of returning and refunding the money.

The good:

This company has a good business system in place. It was a pleasant experience to work with their process. They have an impressive web interface for building your design. Despite the language barrier they do have good systemic communication. Great back office systems. The pad in the bibs was better than average quality. The printed quality of the logos was quite acceptable. The price is amazing...but...

The bad:

The product. The fabric used for the bibs is so thin that it would be obscene to wear them in public. Even in the darkest gray color...the fabric holds no secrets...I simply can't wear them. I've owned many bibs - race cut bibs - and these are simply not wearable. Also, the jersey and the bibs were printed in the same color scheme...but due to the use of different fabrics, the colors render differently so the kit does not match even though they used the same color scheme.

I'd gladly pay 25% more for higher quality garments in this system. I paid $64 for a kit that I can't wear. I'd gladly pay $100 for this if I knew they were using better garments.

Product they produce is good, turns out great. However, customer service is full of canned messages/responses, and uses unacceptable excuses for the cause of delays.

Had problems on ordering as the waist sizes for shorts went only to 29 inches for XXXXXXXL -- could get no clarification from web site on what the real waist sizes were! Then I ordered around the beginning of Chinese New Year and they went on an extended time off! After the kit was finally completed and shipped it did not take too long to arrive! I have tried the kit on and it fits fairly well even though I do NOT have a 29 inch waist! Seems to be a good value -- tell you better after I have completed the AIDS/LifeCycle -- a 545 mile bicycle ride from SF to LA to raise money to fight AIDS! If the kit holds up well I will probably consider ordering again -- long before the Chinese New Year!

It took a few emails back and forth to get my design finalised, and about 4 weeks to get the product. However, for a one off product I think this is very fair and the price is amazing. Most cycling Knicks on their own will cost anywhere from $120 up to $300 and then the matching jersey will be $70 to $150. I have been on 100klm rides in this kit and had no issues with comfort. However each person can be different! It was worth every cent of the $64 it cost me to get this kit ordered and delivered to Australia. Sure it takes a bit of time, try get it done quicker in your own home town for that price!!

Eclipse Cycling has excellent customer service. Quality is also excellent. My only criticism is what my wife and I call the "American Pouch." Clothing manufacturers have been adding material in the stomach area. So for people with flat stomachs there is loose material.
If you follow Eclipse Cycling's directions then it should all work out.

They have good customer service; however, they say it will be ready in 40 days and it takes 55, and they say shipping will take 15 days but it takes much longer. Inefficient but cheap... so almost a decent trade-off.

The fist order was good and met our expectaions
We ordered to for jerseys ,small size
We waited over 2 months for these to be sent.
The small jerseys were when measured bigger than the stated measurements in your guild.and did not fit,they were to big.
So i would have to say we are noy happy customers

My girlfriend and I were excited to get matching cycling kits for touring and racing. We ordered a set in men's medium and one in women's small. Upon first inspection, the fit seemed right--the clothing is snug but not too snug, so we are confident that we ordered the right sizes. Then we went out for a ride and the comfort was almost unbearable for my girlfriend. When we returned home, we investigated and discovered that the chamois on both bibs is identical! The chamois for a small woman should be MUCH smaller than that for a medium man--it is this way on all of our other kits. I emailed Annie to ask if we got a defective product, and she told me some lie about this being 'Asian Size'. Common sense tells me that Asian or not, small shorts should have a small chamois. My medium bibs are fine but the womens small are completely useless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING BUT THE LARGER SIZES.

This really is a shame, because otherwise the materials and printing appear to be quite high-quality for the price, and aside from slow production and now the chamois issue Eclipse/Purple Moon was pleasant to do business with.

The zip on the jersey has a plastic backing which rubs on the bibs underneath and scratches them. Any chance this could be changed, maybe a fabric covering

I ordered a cycling kit from you previously, and that kit turned out great. Our non-profit changed the layout of the logo, but not the colors, so I ordered a 2nd one in order to provide a sample for prospective buyers. I sent the Vector image of the new logo, and said to use the same color codes as the first jersey. You asked ME to provide color codes... how the hell do I know what codes you used? Then I sent RGB color codes, then CMYK color codes in two different formats. I even sent an Excel chart with the color codes and colors themselves in the cells.
And yet today, I receive a cycling kit with the new logo on the chest and shorts side panels in completely wrong colors... yet you somehow manage to get the side panels in the jersey done correctly!
Obviously, I will not be re-ordering from you. I will certainly pay more to another vendor when they can at least get the colors correct.

Support was really great. Had a few back and forths to finalize on the design. Just received the jerseys today and very happy. Only recommendation is to check the sizes before you order.

I'll be ordering some more jerseys and will try out the shorts.

Two reservations: 1. Jersey tag says Dry Clean Only. I can't believe this to be true, but I haven't put it through the wash to confirm it'll be OK. 2. I would like to see a differentiation on the tag between mens and womens shirts. If you order the same size in both, it's hard to tell them apart.

the products are very good in quality
the printing is very good also
the product take a while to get here. My jerseys on average arrive here in 6 to 7 weeks
sometimes i do not get a response right away. I did not get a tracking number or any word from the company until i wrote back to you all after about 6 weeks.
I don't have any complaints about the product the look cool and feel great
the sizes are good and run about the correct american sizes not like other websites that have large shirts and fit small

Ordered a custom jersey, and took 45 days to delivery. No problem. The jersey turned out great, sizing was accurate, and the full zip is a nice touch. Only thing I would add is a silicone gripper in the back, but that is being picky for the price I paid for a custom jersey.

I have now placed a third order with Eclipse for more shorts so we're obviously happy. The design tools are great and got us just what we wanted. Eclipse is responsive and made sure the design matched what we asked for and the shirts turned up exactly as ordered. Great service, great pricing, great kit.

Jersey turned out perfect. Great quality. Will definitely order more in the future. Already have!
