Excellent company, can’t understand some of the reviews

Did question about some of the bad reviews. The company informed me that some of the customer's did not qualify for the grant once the survey was done.

So was skeptical.

Adam told me trust in the company so I did. And I can say they did not disappoint.

Working two days had my loft insulation and new boiler upgrade, along with the wireless thermostat.

Guys came in were excellent and helped move stuff from the loft.

Boiler guys had a difficult job but did not leave the property until my house was heated.

Would Definitely recommend this company. And have also given my mums details to see if they can help her z

Came along. Did survey. My Mum's had fires broke. So, thought central heating would be better

Put loft insulation in. Was -1 and had to take my Mum to my house.

Came back two days later on Saturday at 1pm. Wanted to work late drilling and put lots of pipes around the house. Wouldn't listen re. Going under the floor upstairs.

I complained to the guys about holes in walls without my permission. They filled in the holes and left without discussion.

I wrote an email of complaint. They sent another engineer to look at the job. Was told they weren't coming by office after I contacted them re. No show. Then after I went out got a call from engineer to say they were outside. I had to go back home and let them in. We looked and agreed a route. No one is returning my emails and no one answering the phone

Engineers all based in Bradford and Birmingham. Come to jobs in London. So, arrived morning and evenings.

Five days later. No heating. I have purchased oil electric radiators for my Mum as can't get hold of guys

TOTAL Waste of time. Came to do survey, said I would definitely get free boiler and loft insulation installed but never got back to me… I think they are SCAMMERS BEWARE

Very courteous and helpful staff and fitters. Excellent speedy service. Good workmandship and left home tidy and clean. Very satisfied.

Great team of people. installed the boiler for free through the eco4 government grant. Did all the due diligence and ensured they weren't wasting anyone's time and the turn around time was quick

Very good company… and really hard and kind workers… they make our house better and warmer.. they did quick and great job. They fit boiler really quick.. everything works good.We really appreciate.. thank you very much.

This is the worst company on earth got free boiler from government and these cowboys installed it never put flow pipes had to come fix it gas safe said the work was unacceptable now the boiler has leaked and ruined walls floors carpets and much more waiting for gas safe to return Friday DO NOT USE THESE please

Just as an update,they did my install in July. Rad valves leaking and only half the valves were fitted. Flue restricted garage door, remedied this myself, bought and fitted a flue elbow. Rads still leak following install in JULY!! Emailed and called company to come and carry out remedial works.Left messages sent texts and emails to no avail.Have engaged a heating contractor to carry out the remedial works at my own considerable expense. Avoid this company, they are dishonest and uncaring. Once they've had the money they don't want to know.

REMEDIAL WORKS COST £1600 WHICH I HAD TO BORROW FROM A FRIEND WHO TOOK PITY ON MY SITUATION.THESE WORKS WERE CARRIED OUT BY A DIFFERENT INSTALLER. STILL NO OFFER TO ADDRESS THE REMEDIALWORKS BY ECOMFORT. TOTALLY APPALLED.
AVOID ECOMFORT AT ALL COST

What a awful experience. The company didn’t organise anything with me well. They told me when a surveyor would be round expecting me to be in at all times! The surveyor didn’t know the process as he told me another surveyor would be out to look at my loft he just did the main house. Then they sent no other surveyor and just the men for the loft insulation who they just booked in again expecting me to be home! The company never explained the process or how they loft insulation would take all day, and they had to fit vents to my windows, or the fact they had to drill a huge hole in my kitchen wall for ventilation purposes! Nothing was explained so
I was left at home with two young kids all day with no notice. They didn’t have time to complete the job in one day as me and my partner had plans later that day! So they come back on the Sunday for hours to do the kitchen vent! They left my loft in a huge mess barely able to get into it!

And to top it if I’ve not even had my boiler due to the fact they didn’t get it delivered to them so they booked an engineer left me at home waiting with no notice that they had no intention of turning up! Now they won’t talk to me to resolve it and I’m
Left without a new boiler!

What a pathetic company

Absolutely brilliant service. Efficient from the first phone call to the completion of the boiler being fitted. The guys went above and beyond on the day. Courteous, polite, efficient, and definitely would recommend. Kept disruption to a minimum and left our home clean and tidy when they finished.

Had a new boiler fitted yesterday by E Comfort, engineers did a great job and were very respectful of me and my property, they cleared everything away when complete including taking away my old cylinder and back boiler, would definitely recommend them

Really cannot fault this company. We had loft insulatuon and a combi boiler installed, along with accompanying extras to make everything work as it should.
From the first contact with Adam, right through to the completion of the job within two days. Friendly engineers, professional service, all completed as promised. I would highly recommend this company.

Everything from start to finish amazing. Very polite from my first contact to installation. Very quick turnaround. All paperwork done for us. Shown how to use boiler and WiFi controls. Lovely mannered fitters, loft and boiler. Can't fault them in any way 5***** removed all rubbish. Never stopped once for tea breaks.

Very fast response and very quick for boiler to be fitted, the workmen who came were very well mannered and just got on with it, however quite a bit of mess was left following the boiler install. Since the install the hot water doesn’t get hot and I’ve been told the gas pipe on the boiler isn’t big enough.
