I connected the water hose to the back of this fridge and I was kind of edging it. When I slotted in the water it started to beep and it was working very well. Until I when to the bathroom and when I had a dump, it did not flush. So I tried again but it wouldn’t flush. Now there is mouldy poop on the toilet and there are so many flies in that room. #Freefood my family doesn’t know my signature curry is made of dead flies. Tastes super good though.

Rude unhelpful sales staff! Trying to rob me out of £400 for delivery when UK mainland is advertised as free!

The delivery was in time and the product was in good shape

Really bad after sales service. I bought a drink display fridge for £1500+ 5 months ago. It stopped working today, so we contacted them and they said there is no manufacturer warranty and we need to organise our local engineer ourself to look into it. We did get a local engineer who suggested that the compressor is faulty and needs to be replaced completely. We contact Eco-Fridge again suggesting how can the compressor go faulty in 5 months and they refused to take our calls and kept saying they provide 2 weeks part warranty only. So, please be careful from the post sales warranty and after sales service with these guys.

Worst experience of purchasing commercial refrigeration equipment. Unhelpful staff, they don't care, don't want to help after they have your money. Will never purchase from again.

ABHORENT...our newly purchased chilled display, constantly runs water (they said its because its humid)... we live in the north east and believe me when I say its rarley humid.
The noise it makes is excessive and they have simply said 'we don't supply a warranty, unless you pay for one'.
I'm getting in touch with my credit card provider to see what they can do.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY... they even include 'an abuse to satff' policy in their T's & C's... which I only received after payment.

Fridge broke down after a few months of use but no spares available in the UK, no spares available for the foreseeable future. Nobody answers emails, phone calls are fobbed off and told to email. Agree with all the other 1 star reviews on here, awful company and a very costly mistake.

Worst experience ever! Waited for a delivery date that changed every week so I asked for a refund and they said I have to wait another week because someone that handles refunds from their office is missing. So I have £2000 stuck, no freezers and a closed shop! Really professional! AVOID! Found someone else that will deliver in 2 days.

Bought a freezer that doesn't keep things frozen, on delivery took 2 days to get to below freezing. Should have read the T&Cs and small print before buying and advise everyone else to do the same as they are very restrictive and I wouldnt deal with this company again. If you read the small print they say the products are sold with no warranty, customer service staff are totally unhelpful and I would 100% not recommend anyone buying products from this company as the product I have bought is sub-standard but reading the small print it says the freezer only works when its cold. I bought from the picture of the freezer packed with ice-cream and description as an Ice Cream freezer which you only sell when its warm :( Shameful company, don't care about customers after taking the money for the sale

Had a very positive experience with this company, the cabinets were delivered and positioned by two very friendly drivers the customer service was good and the cabinets look great. 👍

the whole experience! Costly mistake!

Customer service is horrible. We spent a lot of money buying a refrigeration unit for our shop- arriving faulty and when contacted they try to say our floor is uneven and that this is the the issue! Clearly nothing to do with the floor - but how can they tell this without seeing it?!?! Lots of calls and no action. Very frustrating! Condescending comments from them make us greatly regret even hearing their name!! Don’t do it! They may be cheaper but you get what you pay for and this is now going to us well more than we saved to get it fixed! Would give a minus star if possible! You have been warned!
