I don't normally do reviews but Recover…

I don't normally do reviews but Recover Recycling deserve a mention.

I had a recent fault with my Givenergy battery and could not get support with warranties due to the current situation. I was feeling wary of anything to do with the industry and knowing who to trust.

I found a new company Recover Recycling, they were approachable, knowlegeable and understanding, they offer a wide range of services including:-

Collection/inspection/repair/delivery/installation and warranty on completed work and sale on refurbed/repaired used batteries, much more....

The staff were helpful and completed an initial inspection to access the condition of my battery and formulate a plan for repair, I was shown the battery health and inspection report and was informed about probable repair cost and lead time involved.

I agreed for them to continue, after the repair i was given a comprehensive breakdown of repairs completed and health inspection report and following invoice.

I am confident to use their services again and am in the process of purchasing a refurbed used battery to increase my system capacity.
