Good Evening,

I would just like to congratulate all the staff involved in making my Eco Solutions package a very pleasant experience.
A caller from your company arranged a meeting with John McFarland on Monday 28th March.
John arrived at the appointed time and gave a very thorough explanation of the need for roof insulation.
We have two roof spaces and John showed how the damp on the rafters was causing Mildew on both areas
He then proposed Isothane Open Cell Spray Foam.
I accepted his proposal and i hardly believed him when he said the Installation could be done on Wednesday 30th March
...Just 2 days away!

This afternoon a van arrived at 1:30 in the afternoon and out jumped Darcy and Ryan.

They were tremendous, very polite and helpful. They explained exactly what they were going to do, and how long the job would take. They even took time out to explain to my wife exactly how the Foam system worked.
They cleaned up thoroughly on leaving.

I must write and share my experience dealing with Eco-Seal.
I have lived in my lovely home for over 20 years but had never been able to heat my property to a cosy and comfortable level due to poor insulation.
After speaking to a property developer friend of mine I was advised to use a material called Celotex to insulate the underside of my roof.
I booked an appointment with a surveyor from Eco-Seal who did a thorough inspection on my loft, even crawling into spaces where no one had been for decades!
After dusting himself off the surveyor agreed with my friend about roof insulation but suggested using a spray foam instead. I was pleasantly surprised as he gave me a quote for both but was very honest in that he was advising me to go for the significantly cheaper option!
I decided to take his advice and having lived through the winter with my new insulation I am absolutely thrilled with the results.. My whole home is cosier and my bathroom and utility room in particular are like they have been picked up and placed into somebody else's property!
I have recommended Eco-Seal to my community group and have heard nothing but good things from anyone that has gone on to use them.

My experience was exceptionally good.
They came to my home and insulated my loft which is something I'd been putting off because of the upheaval, but actually there was none. The installers were polite and professional, they got the job done and left no mess. I would recommend them to family and friends!

Great service from beginning to end. Surveyor was excellent, very informative and allowed me time to talk to a friend before making decision, no pressure applied at all. The installers were polite, friendly and professional and worked well as a team, as was the gentlemen who came to check that the installation was completed. Would definitely recommend this company.

Terrible customer service. Work was carried out on 1st November 2021 but still have not received the warranty documents. The Pro Perla roof solution has not turned clear as promised in the sales blurb leaving our roof looking like a ski slope. Have phoned several times and sent emails to try and discuss this problem but they have not responded.
Would not recommend this Company.

Having read Eco-Seals reply I would point out that if only they had responded to my emails and phone calls I would not have been put in a position of giving a negative review. There are inaccuracies in their reply as we were not informed by their sales person that this work should have been carried out in warm weather or warned that our roof tiles were artificial and may not absorb the solution. This was only pointed out after the problem arose.

Excellent service from the surveyor to the insulation installer teams and back office support. First class job, very pleasant and courteous installers who took every effort to ensure they did a thoroughly professional job. Well Done *****

Had our loft insulated by eco seal, the whole process was smooth and professional, from the surveyor who initially inspected the loft, Jack and Paul who fitted the new insulation to the manager who visited to inspect the completed job. We would recommend

I contacted this company in Sept to install Properla waterproof spray on my house. The work was carried out on 4th October. However wherever the spray landed on windows it left them cloudy and stained. Despite all efforts to remove this cloudinees, I had no success. I telephoned several times and was told that my complaint had been referred to the Managing Director but heard nothing from them. I also emailed the company on 15th Oct; 1st Nov; 17th Nov. without any reply. We still have very cloudy windows and no reaction from Eco Seal. I would not recommend them to anyone irrespective of the merit or otherwise of their spray
